Dr. Chesnut is so attentive and informative. She takes her time to understand my concerns and needs and works with me to determine the best course of treatment. She's warm and compassionate and seems to really care about my well-being. I've found it easy to make appointments, and her office staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is also easy, but requires a small fee.

Dr Chestnut is the very best there is! She really cares about her patients holistically not just their lungs. She is a patents best advocate for the best treatments and she truly cares. I would have her for my everything doctor if I could. She takes time with me and always listens. I never feel rushed. She is the best.

I wish she was my dr. for everything. She is so professional, so caring, and so thorough. I’ve gone to her for 14 years and she has taken extremely good care of me, staying on top of any issues. I wish I could give her 10 stars.

Saw great reviews about Dr. Carew. My experience was Not as positive. I found Dr. Carew neither caring nor professional. I had breathing issues and she seemed to make up her mind that the exclusive cause was my excess weight before even examining me. She seemed aggravated that I had records sent and there was quite a bit of data. She agreed to do a chest CT only after I pointed out an irregularity in a 2017 scan that stated a follow-up was needed. I waited 3 weeks after I had the CT scan without hearing from her office. I called and asked for a call back and didn’t receive one so I called to have the results sent to me and my GP. There were 4 different regions in my lungs that were problematic. Now 3 months later, and my breathing and activity level is greatly decreased even more. I went to a different doctor this week who is treating the issues that are worse now because of the delay of 3 months.

After going to numerous physicians, I contacted Dr. Carew's office. Upon my initial visit, she was able to identify things the others did not. After confirming with a CT scan, her diagnosis was spot on. Her professionalism, expertise, and compassion together to make Dr. Carew an outstanding physician that I would recommend over and over again.

I cannot day enough good things about Dr. Carew. She is a stellar physician, who is compassionate, caring, brilliant and wet-educated. A fifth generation physician, she practices medicine the way it should be practiced. She is an amazing listener and is not stingy with her time. I met her six years ago when my best friend was in need of a Pulmonologist. She saved her life, which I will be forever greatful for. A few years later, I was the patient. Her clinical skills were needed. Awesome

I have been going to Dr. Carew for over 10 years. She is a EXCELLENT doctor. She listens to me and she is very thorough in her treatment plan. She has coordinated treatment with my rheumatologist. I have rarely had to wait in the waiting room. Her staff are great.

Since I have been in the medical field, all my life, I think I can judge physicians pretty well. I have been going to a pulmonologist since we have moved back to Dallas. The physician was very good, but the office staff precipitated my move to Dr. Carew. Just saw her last week, and found that she is very thorough, spends a lot of time to evaluate your conditions, and then contemplates how her treatment path will benefit you. The office staff is very competent, and pleasant. Really pleased w

Dr Carew was reccommended by another doctor and she is an outstanding physician. She is kind and very generous with her time with the patient. I have now seen her 3 times. She is caring and truly interested in her patients. She comes from a long line of doctors in her family. I trust her implicitly.

I am being treated for a rare autoimmune disease. She is the first doctor to really take time explain what this disease is. She always takes time to listen and explain my current state of health. Several years ago my father came down with pneumonia after having surgery. It was going to be weeks before any other doctor could see him, Dr. Chesnut saw him the next day and lead to his recovery. If you need a Pulmonologist she would be my first choice.

So very kind on initial visit and has continued. Makes every thing very clear and understood. Wish all doctors had the bedside manner as she. I feel very blessed and would refer everyone I love or care for, who needed her expertise, to call or get in touch with her ASAP. I've already sent my daughter and an older sister. I truly thank God for having met her. She is what all doctors should be.
