Physician Assistant (PA)
Assisted my client to Rheumatology Associates on 8/13/20. Everyone and everything was great until the Physician's Assistant, Jasmine McElhany, walked in the room and abruptly and very rudely began demanding we put our masks on as if she had told us a million times before already. She spoke down to me specifically like I was a child and threatened to refuse treatment to my client because I would not put the mask over my nose. I had it over my mouth and told her I could not breathe with it over my nose. I felt extremely disrespected by Jasmine. She could have just as easily politely and patiently stated the same things she did without a nasty attitude. Her behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for. I suffer with PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder of which professionals should be trained to know how to interact with in a manner that does not trigger them. This has been a horrible emotionally traumatizing experience.

Physician Assistant (PA)
Jasmine walked into the room and went right to the computer stating her name and profession (while looking at the computer the whole time). While asking my father about his history Jasmine stated “just yes or no answers,” when many of the questions are not appropriate for a yes or no. Jasmines bed side manner was poor. She seemed inconvienced, perhaps was having an off morning. While my dad was changing, I spoke to Jasmine about her bedside manner in private and she stated “noted,” as she rolled her eyes. When coming back to examine my dad, she stated “I apologize if I offended you,” explaining she had many areas to cover in a short amount of time. At the end of his exam, she was friendlier. I’m a medical professional in emergency medicine and never treated a pt this way. I’ve worked shifts after loosing my brother in a motorcycle accident and many other challenges. As medical professionals, we must check our personal lives for the wellness of our pts, no excuses

This woman falsified my daughter's medical record at Children's Medical Center of Dallas in order to fraudulently bill and provide unnecessary services to my child. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS. She is extremely unprofessional, as someone else said before, and should NOT be a medical provider in Texas or any state.

Dr. Baker performed a bladder extrophy repair on my daughter in 2017 and she saved my daughter's life. This kind, gracious, brilliant woman and her team of amazing doctors gave my daughter a chance at normalcy. She performed an AMAZING surgery with amazing results. Dr. Baker made every interaction personable and comforting. She was there for me every step of the way through a month long hospital stay. I cannot speak highly enough of her and her team. I thank God for her every day.

Poor communication & poor customer service! When I scheduled my appt, no one explained that a complete vaccination history was needed at first visit. Staff lied to me and said they were unable to look up shot records. A print out of our latest vaccinations was not accepted because it didn't include all vaccinations for the last 13 yrs. I was unable to keep my appt because they wanted a complete report in hand before seeing the Dr. What a waste of time!

Pediatric Urology
Although I am now an adult, I vividly remember the dual ureter reimplantation that was performed on me by Dr. Baker. I now suffer agonizing, constant cystitis and and reoccurring UTI and kidney infections. I remember Dr. Baker not explaining these horrific possible outcomes to my mother and I, only that it might help fix a minor defect with my bladder. My mother asked if there were extreme risks because I was truly afraid. Dr. Baker made me feel uncomfortable during exams as well.

Review for Erica Vance
Pediatric Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)
She would order things without discussion or even notifying me. She failed to even give me her name when visiting, much less what her specialty was, or what she was working on in regards to me. Very poor patient interaction. Would not like to ever have her in charge of me again. Very Far below what I have come to expect over the years from Baylor.
