My appointment was rushed nor were any of my questions clearly answered. I was given medication and some injections and then told to come back in 6 weeks which they couldn't even make that appointment because they don't have one. Have tried to call back to get more information because I'm still suffering from my migraines and have yet to hear from anyone. I'm hoping my PCP will refer me to someone else. This is not how any patient should be treated.

My PCP referred me to Dr Longwell. He was thorough and answered all my questions. It was not a short visit. I was pleased with him.

My doctor of 16 years referred me to Dr. Longwell. My appointment was within days of the referral, I was seen on time and found him and his staff very thorough, professional and considerate. I have great confidence in the effort being taken to get me well.

I'm a Veteran sent to see Dr Mendizabal for an EEG. Called a week later for my records and results to be sent to the VA, the nice lady on the phone hangs up on me while I'm still talking! Another week goes by I call again and I am sent to the Doctors nurse who is not in so it sends me to her recorded message. I leave my information. And I am still waiting a week later. I called the VA and they have not received anything yet. What's going on people? Veterans have a hard enough time getting proper health care, but to be treated like this. I then called yesterday and again had to leave my information because the nurse was not in. No one from this place has called me. Please fellow Veterans or Anyone Do Not Come Here. Save your Dignity and go somewhere else.

Dr Trolley is ok. Has not helped my situation. Requested to be referred out. Staff is awful and RUDE. If I call and leave a message I’ll be lucky to get called back by Friday. Those ladies need to go. Very unprofessional.

Dr Trolley was very thorough! Answered all my questions. I had an 8am apt and was done at 9am. Staff was ver present. After seeing Doctor Staff organized 5 consults and test in five minutes time and gave me all the paperwork.

His office is kept around 65-68 degrees, and he kept me waiting for 1 1/2 hours, in a half dressed condition, and when he finally showed up and I explained my dissatisfaction, he responded with a smirk and said "this is a doctor's office". When I asked him for one of the typical hospital blankets he said they don't have them. I saw absolutely no indication of any concern for the well being of his patients.

spends about five minutes in the room then rushes out. acts put out if you ask questions. asked for a CAT scan was told no. asked for pain meds was told no. tried to reschedule appointment and was sent to an answering service never received a call back.

When I called to inquire about the referral I spoke to an individual by the name Lisa. I have to say that Lisa made it very uncomfortable for me to ask specific questions as to how long the referral process is. I wish she would have gone out of her way to assure me that my mom's referral had in fact been received. Even after I told Lisa about the circumstances she still did not offer to get me additional help. In the end I pray and hope that we receive better attention from the staff of Dr.

My pcp made me a referral and have not heard back from there office so I contacted them and the staff needs to go to school for customer service there ediciate was horrable and shrude needless to say I have changed my refferal to another Dr. which I called and they were supurb and very nice, I will say the Dr. may be good but the staff needs some work.

Did not introduce himself to me or who he was, made me feel very uncomfortable and weird and just plain out seemed rude. I mean where are the interpersonal communications skills??? He Was on his iPhone the entire time while the first part of my test was being conducted. Shows no interest.

This Dr, really changed my life for the better. I was seeing another neurologist for my migraines and having little success with treatment, terrible migraines and even worse side effects of the medication. Dr. Mendizabal took my case and individualized my care. He was the first neurologist to give me an accurate diagnosis because he looked at my MRI(not the report-the films). I still see him and I have and would recommend him for your needs.
