Exam rushed with quick & short answers to question and no full explanation of the results of the exam. The prescription was not accurate for my vision. After several returns for adjustments, still unable to see comfortable. The last time I was in the office, I was refused answers about new frames that Debbie said she would order because I didn't wear a mask. They were concerned about masks that have been proven non effective than providing service after I had paid about $800 for glasses that's fit only for the trash. Avoid this doctor & Eyecare Associates of Texas at all cost. They had a hidden agenda that ONLY benefits them. There are better options available.

Dr. Robertson is the absolute BEST!!!! Kind, compassionate, caring, and a highly skilled doctor!!! My GI doctor retired and I was with him 40 years. I didn't know what to do or whom to go see. I used Dr. Robertson for my Daddy at the Arkansas Heart Hospital. He was awesome and then I began using him a couple years ago. God placed this doctor in my life to handle my life-long GI problems. I am so happy and thankful!!!! He rates a 10+++++++++++!! I have sent many friends and family members to him that now, they are thankful also to have a super great doctor!!!!

I moved from Dallas to Florida in 2017 and haven't found an ophthalmologist I like as much as Doctor Robertson. As a commercial airline pilot, I'm not comfortable trusting my eyes to just anyone. On my last DFW layover (January 30, 2020), I made an appointment and rented a car at the airport just to be seen by the eye Dr. I trust. Purely professional experience. Nice office. Great smiling, competent support staff makes all the difference. I'll rent a car January 2021 on another DFW layover to do it again.

Doctor made zero effort to communicate with me other than "all okay". No greeting, didnt even look up when i entered exam room. She should be working in a lab with petri dishes, not patients. Annoyed that I'm left not fully trusting her diagnosis, as I have a family history of macular. Will have to reschedule with a doctor that cares enough, respects their patients enough to spend 30 seconds explaining what they examined and accessment. The reception and other staff were professional.

Dr. Pachigolla is very fast, somewhat brusque. She has an excellent knowledge of Sjogren's, and other autoimmune diseases. She seemed to understand my rare Primary Immune Deficiency disease better than most doctors. She covered all the bases in my exams with her. I've seen her twice, and the rest of her staff three or four times.

If I could give this doctor a zero, I would. I have been to this doctor a few times, and each time she seems to rush through my exam and not provide any feedback on my eye condition. I am somewhat elderly and have several medications, so I asked her to slow down and explain to me what medications I need to take and when. She acted like it was an inconvenience, rolled her eyes, and told me to talk to her nurse. I have never had such a terrible experience with any doctor. I will not go back.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Robinson for over 10 years. The one thing I can honestly say is he is consistent! Over the years, he has always been professional, through and nice! You can count him being friendly, and always in a great mood. What a great personality! I've recoomended at least 10 friends and family to his practice. He is one of the best!

I am submitting my review again because I botched the first one. I gave it a 1 star in all catagories, not paying attention that it meant poor. They were excellent so I should have made it a 5 in all catagories. They gave me the best eye exam that I have ever had and showed a lot of concern. They are #1 in my book.
