Dr. Benhamou is amazing. I am 84 and have been to many doctors in my time, and Dr. Ben has proven to be a breath of fresh air. He listens, explains and clearly cares about you and your quality of life. I was skeptical before my 1st visit but that only lasted until he walked in the room. He made me immediately at ease, explained his recommendations & answered my questions. I walked out confident in his treatment plan & I have had phenomenal results with the pain in my hip and back down 75%.
I miss totally thrilled I found a wonderful smart dr as herself I fly from Ohio to keep her as my dr
Only one problem very hard to get a hold of anyone always a answer machine this is frustrating
Dr Benhamou is a very professional Dr. He listens to his patients as oppose to other doctors that try to tell you what's wrong with you. He is very attentive to each and every one of his patients. Has a very positive outlook on things. Just a overall Phenomenal Doctor.
A great doctor with a very professional practice. He was very informative about assisting me with my procedure.
Dr. Benhamou's PA's have been very helpful and knowledgeable. They have always addressed my concerns and have always done their best they can for scheduling. I have always been seen promptly and never waited more than 5 minutes to be called in. However, my only issue is with phone calls. I have never been able to call and speak to a person, I have always had to leave a message and wait for them to call back. The phone issues don't outweigh the professional service.
I feel for the doctor because his staff suck I have been treated like crap so I was supposed to go have a procedure done but they never did call me to let me know nothing I would call 2.3.4 times aday and they don't pick up got approved by my insurance and they told me I was only having to pay the co-pay $ 45.00 they cancelled my first appointment because of the doctor wasn't going to be there when I called to see how much my copay was going to be they told 600 they are full of crap....
Dr. Vidal is a great and excellent doctor. He is one of the kind which is difficult to find, he has the passion to care his patients. He is a good listener, pay attention to the patient, he cares about my situation, and all the time gave you more than one option. He explained to me everything in details, his knowledge is high In each visit I had a good experience. His manners are more than I expect it. I highly recommend Dr. Vidal.
Dr. Benhamou is not only an amazing man he's an amazing physician. I would recommend him to my family and friends without hesitation. He thoroughly cares about all of his patients. I've been seeing him for 3+ years and have never been disappointed.
Dr. Benhamou and the PA's are awesome. The problem is with the staff. They rarely return a phone call and I have had difficulty in getting them to complete timely authorization requests.
the doctors themselves are all very efficient however I don't understand how they can expect an uninsured patient to pay $250 just to see the doctor if we had that much money we would have insurance what ever happened to the oath took upon becoming doctors.been a patient of dr. benenhamu for almost 10 years if not longer have not been able to see him for several months due to this charge. it seems like they should be able to work with some of that really needs to see the I hope this reaches Dr
Very unprofessional staff and appointment wait over 90 minutes, double bill insurance companies
