Review of Dr. Aurora

After a stay in the hospital with Pulmonary embolisms early 2017, I have seen him on a regular basis. He is a very caring physician and I highly recommend him as a hematologist and/or oncology.

Review of Dr. Gill

- in Bedford, TX |

I was assigned Dr. Gill when I was hospitilized with strange symptoms in October, 2017. Dr. Gill treated me for non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I had a rough time with chemo due to my small size (4"10") and age (75) and had to be hospitalized three times. Dr. Gill stopped the treatments at five instead of six because they were so dangerous to me. He assured me the cancer is gone, checks me & lab work every three months and so far, so good! He seemed as pleased with my outcome as I have been. His staff are all wonderful, competent, caring people. I have always had questions answered or been seen by the doctor promptly as needed. I would recommend Dr. Gill, his staff and Texas Oncology. They care about their patients!

Review of Dr. Rojas

-, |

I kept telling Dr Rojas I was tired and achy. After a year she finally tested my iron, but didn’t let me know my iron was low until my next appointment, 6 months later. Went to see a different oncologist who was very concerned about me being anemic and suggested a colonoscopy, since it could be due to internal bleeding. Luckily for me I found the second oncologist and followed her suggestion. A cancerous polyp was removed and I’m fine. Dr Rojas never really listened and I felt rushed.

Review of Dr. Rojas

This doctor doesn’t include the caregiver In the conversation when in the exam room . If I, the wife of the patient ask a question she would totally ignore me. And made me feel like my question weren’t important. Never made eye contact with me or tried to listen to what I had to say. In the time my husband saw her for treatments she went through 3 nurses. What’s with that! She just couldn’t keep a nurse very long. She was very manipulative to me his wife. Doesn’t look good for her

Dr. Turner was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I felt that he listened to my concerns and addressed everyone of them without being in a rush.

Review of Dr. Aurora

-TX |

He is by far the most uncaring dr I have ever encountered. My mother had a rare form of cancer, and he basically ended up writing her off. His staff is terribly incompetent. She told them many times about a painful knot (that was a tumor), but they kept putting her off. As a result of their neglectful care, it spread to the point of being untreatable & she passed away on 1/18/19. Stay away from TX Oncology! It may save your life!

Review of Dr. Davis

- in Bedford, TX |

Dr. Davis has been my oncologist for the past 25 years...since 1993. I am now enjoying good health and want to tell you a little bit about this wonderful man. First and foremost, he is compassionate, caring and gentle. He is conservative, trustworthy, a great listener, answers questions, and explains conditions well. I have recommended him to several of my friends who are now his patients. Their feelings about him reflect mine.

Review of Dr. Messing

Dr. Messing's bedside manner is the worst I've seen of any physician in any specialty. He is rude, dismissive, and treats family members as if they are in the way, rather than part of the process. He told my mother that a second opinion was a waste of time, as they would just tell her the same thing. Any physician worth their salt not only supports but encourages a second opinion. We begged my mother to get a second opinion but she didn't want to upset Dr. Messing. She lost her battle.

Review of Dr. Gill

-Keller, TX |

Dr Gill has gone out of his way to care for me. I have a very rare and extremely complicated disease. In the past it has been very hard for me to find a dr the understood my illness and the severity of it. He has always very carefully explained everything to me and my family. I can get sick very quickly and will need to see the dr and receive my treatment, the staff and drbhave always been able to see me and provide my treatment with short notice on the same day. I couldnt ask for a better Dr
