Refused to take my sons injury serious. Refused to do an MRI after several requests and pain not getting any better. Had to take him to another doctor to get an MRI and come to find out he has a torn muscle, just as expected. Wasted our time to get the appropriate treatment and my money. Go elsewhere!

I would not necessarily recommend to family or friends because the diagnosis was general and did not show me the actual areas that were affected. I felt like it was a template diagnosis and it wasn't customized to my specific issues. Any one who goes should make sure the doctor goes into detail about their specific issues instead of giving you a general diagnosis.

He and PA Gabe thoroughly explained my knee problems and treatment options. Both encouraged the least invasive options, keeping replacement as a last resort.

Dr. Westmoreland listens well and has a very caring personality. He is a great surgeon if you need surgery. I have had excellent results with repair to a severe torn rotator cuff and my son had great results with knee surgery. He’s our go to DOC.

Dr. Mukai is my 95 year old moms Dr. She treats my mom with kindness and respect. I love that her office has a power exam table, this enables my mom to be able to easily sit on the table without any assistance. Very important for our growing elderly community. I found her and her staff to be empathetic, listen and do what's best for the patient.

Loved loved Dr. Blais and his staff. They were extremely professional, thorough and very informative the whole time during the course of the appointment. Dr. Blais is extremely personable and listens to your concerns. Dr. Blais also makes you feel at ease especially getting a cortisone shot which is painful but bearable. Definitely a great asset to the practice and our community.

I know Dr. McArthur has many good reviews here, but I wasn't impressed. He diagnosed me with gout. About that: (1) He said it's generally caused by meat and shellfish, so I told him I don't eat those (not since 1985, and never in my life, respectively), then he said that sometimes the cause is unknown. After I left his office I looked it up and found that it can be caused by weight loss, and I have indeed been losing weight (intentionally) recently. I would have preferred to have gotten the answer from him (after all, I was paying for his expertise) rather than leaving the office confused and having to look it up myself. (2) He prescribed indomethacin, didn't review side effects and risks, and didn't compare it with other medications available. That's important, because when I looked up the drug: (3) Indomethacin seems to be the most dangerous of the drugs for gout, and it's no more effective than the safer medicines. There's more, but content length is limited here.
