Review of Dr. Paullus Jr

-OK |

Very rude. Will never recommend him to anyone. There are other doctors out there and they help and are at least caring. He is awful.

Review of Dr. Gentry

- in Amarillo , TX |

Dr. Gentry did back surgery on me in July 2017. The surgery went well but they removed my stitches too soon and I had to go back and have another surgery two weeks later. I also had an infectious disease doctor to insure I was getting an antibiotic to prevent any further issues. At the end everything turned okay and he fixed my problem and no more pain January 24th I go back for another surgery on the vertebrae above the area he fixed. I have faith this time it will go well without any glitche.

Review of Dr. Paullus Jr

- in Fritch, TX |

Great first visit. His nurse did a complete nursing assessment and a thorough history. Dr Paullus also did a complete physical exam & explained my pathology. He then moved me into his office to see what he had reviewed from hospitals & other clinics. He then showed me on my MRI what he proposed to fix me. I felt reassured and confident in his plan.

No bs and straight to the point. He truelly cares for his patients and their well being. Hope his kids become as good as he is, with just as much caring and maybe a happier bedside manner.

Review of Dr. Gentry

- in Amarillo, TX |

Dr. Gentry fixed my first messed up low back surgery with a fusion/hip graft L4-L5S1. He also fixed my right arm, elbow and wrist after a bad fall by decompressing the ulna nerve and fishing carpal tunnel. Finally he did my neck surgery and fused C1-C7. He is a life saver and the most competent surgeon in Amarillo.

Review of Dr. Paullus III

First surgeon that actually wants to fix my problems and not just continue to put bandaids over them. I had a fusion at T 6-7 that is no longer fused and bone on bone at L5S1 with sciatic nerve damage. Thankful he is willing to help.

He's direct and to the point and doesn't coddle you. He urges you to get a second opinion but after my experience with him (and finding out that my second and third opinion was the same result) - I trust him and do not feel a second opinion is necessary.
