Review of Dr. Muldowney III

- |

The best doctor I have ever seen (and I have seen dozens). He is empathetic, kind, thorough, brilliant, up to date on medical research, and clearly communicates diagnoses, symptoms, implications, treatment options, and medication effects, interactions, side effects, and mechanisms of action. He looks at the whole picture of a patient and genuinely cares about an individual’s wellbeing. I have had many great and not so great doctors, and everyone I have seen at Vanderbilt has been awesome. I am so grateful to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, especially to Dr. Muldowney, for treating patients not just as problems inside a body but as unique human beings. Thank you for everything you do.

Review of Dr. Robbins

Great Cardiologist and thanks to him I am alive today. I am forever grateful to him for finding a serious blockage issue with my heart and taking immediate open heart surgery action to repair the problem the next morning. He is a Doctor that truely cares about his patients.

Review of Dr. Muldowney III

-

I went to him as a specialist in autonomic dysfunction. He knew as much if not less than I did and talked to me like I knew nothing and had never tried treatments. Every time I spoke, he interrupted me. I went with a family member and he told her that my tachycardia would go away as time progressed, which is frequently not the case.

Review of Dr. McPherson

-

Absolutely the perfect doc. Very smart, very caring, always goes the extra mile for his patients. Just can not say enough good things about him. So, if our lives depended on him (and they have), I would feel very comfortable with that. By the way, I am a very, very picky physician myself and can not imagine a better doc than Dr. McPherson.

Review of Dr. Robbins

- in TN |

You can't find a better cardiologist/ cardiac surgeon anywhere. Dr. Robbins truly cares about his patients. He's very knowledgeable and takes time to answer all questions/concerns you may have in a way that you understand. I was really nervous when he came in to talk to me about the procedure I was having done and calm when he left the room. He has a great bedside manner as well. I would and will recommend him to everyone I know that is need of a cardiologist.

Review of Dr. Churchwell

- in NASHVILLE, TN |

He has been treating my for ten years. In 2000 I had two heart attacks and all my arteries were at least 70% occluded. Now when he gives me a stress test, I score as a marathon runner or ice hockey player -- he must be doing something right. Furthermore, he inspires great confidence and is a fun fella to be around. His team is second to none.
