Dr Carswell saw myself and my partner. She spent the visit looking at her computer and suggesting additional services that we could buy from Vanderbilt. We left with appointments for: $400 ear wax cleaning, colonoscopy, sleep study, ob/gyn, and next year's upsell. Needless to say after the $400 ear wax cleaning, all trust was lost and subsequent appointments were cancelled.

He is always pleasant & thorough. He listens! He is always friendly but professional. My husband has been going to him for about 15 or so years. Trust him completely. We feel blessed to have him to treat my husband's PD.

No stars is not an option so I guess I will leave 1 star. Horrible....spent 10 minutes with me....started talking as soon as she walked in door but didn't even ask how I was doing today when she entered room. Talked over me. Had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times as she was facing different direction when speaking. No compassion or empathy. Horrible bedside manner! Didn't address any issues I am having! Just a number or check boxes! This was my 3rd or 4th time seeing her...will not return!

Do not visit this doctor for anything HAES or mental health related. She is not safe, compassionate, or helpful when it comes to those things. I will never visit her again. I'm sure there are positive things about her as well. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I want to let my people know that if you're looking for a HAES friendly practitioner... she isn't it. Do not go here.

about the most apathetic physician I've ever encountered. She has misdiagnosed both myself and my wife, forcing us to find specialists on our own. She wants to be somewhere else at all times, continually shamed me for not taking extreme "Covid" measures in her office. She is completely freaked out about Covid and shouldn't be practicing if she can't work with her patients.

I had the worst doctor’s appointment of my life with Dr. Carswell. I was testing her out for a new primary care physician, as I am out of pediatric now. We were in need of a doctor fast, and she was one of the only ones available for new patients, and all I have to say is NO WONDER! She was not only rude, but not sympathetic at all, basically called me crazy and kept putting my mom and me down. I left the office crying at her poor people skills and just overall the rudest doctor I’ve ever come in contact with. I wish there was a way to give no stars. If everyone could really have understood how terrible the appointment was and how mentally I was so hurt by her, not even hardly believing I was actually so sick, when I’ve had to stop college to get help medically. I am now going to either John Hopkins or Georgia because I am so sick and need a specialist and an actually CARING doctor, which I did not think was to much to ask for! Extremely disappointed.

I was treated by Dr. Mansourian approximately 10 yrs ago while he was practicing in Boca Raton, Florida. Due to a spine injury suffered yrs ago it got to the point where pills and steroid injections were not really helping. Dr Mansourian came up with an alternative type of treatment and for that I will be forever grateful. It changed my life and as a result I can proudly say that with his help I was able to start reducing the dose of the fentanyl patches and cut back on other pain medicine.

He's patient and kind. He makes me laugh, which is a true commodity when you're battling PD. Even with a full waiting room, when he gets to me, he treats me like I am the only one in the building. He's an excellent Dr.
