Dr. Elizabeth Ergen is the most involved, thorough, and caring doctor I have ever had. She treated me during a recent hospitalization for a serious case of cellulitis, and I have seen her on several follow up visits since my release. During my follow up visits at her office, Dr. Ergen sent me for lab work related to my continuing treatment. On each occasion, she personally called me to discuss the results. These calls occurred on three or four occasions, and some, I believe, were even outside of her normal office hours. I have never had this happen with any other doctor and I am still amazed and appreciative with the amount of time she spent with me on the phone, discussing not only my lab results, but also my ongoing treatment. You will not find a better doctor.

Wonderful doctor! She makes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything so thoroughly. She sent a report to my other physician and he was impressed with her detail. I have seen 2 different assistants working with her, and they are just as caring as Dr Ergen.

Scheduling is very easy and I was not kept waiting long at all. She has a great "bedside manner" and seems to enjoy chatting and getting to know her patients. Her staff is also very friendly. No one likes going to doctors but, she found a pre-cancerous spot that wasn't there a year ago. I see her once a year just for a skin check. She knows her stuff and I DO recommend her to my friends. I don't go to any doctor without checking them out. I drive 50 miles to my appointment because I trust her to give me great care.

Dr. Miller and all the nurses were kind to my mother during her procedure today. The front office receptionist who sits near the outside door was very disrespectful and rude when I asked a question. She may be new but needs to learn how to treat others.

Dr. Carly Fowler was "afraid" to remove a cyst because she said that I could end up with a keloid scar. I went to another dermatologist, and he said that a keloid scar was highly unlikely because they affect mainly African Americans, and I am of another race. So he removed it successfully. Also, Dr. Fowler told me to use Vicks Vapo Rub on my toenails to treat fungus, and again, another dermatologist said that Vicks Vapo Rub does not work, instead prescribing a prescription topical medication for me. As a result of Dr. Fowler's poor judgment, I no longer have any faith in her, and I have decided to go elsewhere for dermatological care.

I have been with Dr Fowler for the pst 5 years. She is the one Dr that checked me out and removed the early stages of a Skin Cancer. I am a 73 yr old Redhead so Yes I have all the issures that are attributed to Me and the Sun. She has always been informative and listens to what we have to Ask and Say. Her office moved and actually is now closer then Before when she was in Powell. Time for my Yearly checkup in her new office in Knoxville.

She is the Best dermatologist in Knoxville! She is everything I was looking for in a doctor: smart, kind, caring, authentic, efficient, and thorough! I’ve been to her new place on Papermill Twice and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

Dr. Miller is thorough in his exams. He performed the Mohs process and there is barely a scar. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism.

Came to the office as a new patient with a basil cell cancer on my arm. He removed and biopsied another place and we were out of the office within 30 minutes. Excellent service and bedside manner. We will be back!

Drew Miller is a compassionate physician. He actually takes the time to listen to his patients. My mom refers to him as a very rare gem. He’s treated our family (mom, son, daughter, wife, and myself) for many years. Physicians of his caliber are very difficult to find. We highly recommend him.

Dr Fowler was wonderful with my husband. He had several skin cancers taken off prior to seeing Dr. Fowler, she insisted on looking over his chest and back (which other dermatologist would never do unless I asked him to do so). She found a melanoma on his chest the second visit. Without her insistence we might not have him here today.

Dr. Miller treats our entire family. Very patient to explain conditions and spends time with us every visit. Nice office atmosphere.

Dr. Miller takes care of our kids and does an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and great bed side manner.

I really appreciated the kindness I was shown as well as the care I received. I will be back!

Dr. Miller was courteous and prompt and listened to all my concerns. Not all doctors take time to LISTEN anymore. He seemed truly empathetic and committed to help for the long haul (spent a lot of time explaining my options)...I also appreciate his friendly staff and the nice office environment.

I made appt. 6 weeks in advance for a cyst removal. I told the them at appt. time it was for another cyst removal and I went to appt waited 30 min. past my appt. only to be told he would have to look at it and then schedule the removal I refused to return I did not even see the Dr. and was charged the $40.00 co pay anyway. MY TIME was used and wasted not his!!! I have been to two other Dr. and a nurse practitioner in the same office and have always got them taken off same day. NEVER AGAIN!

I've been seeing him for three years. He and his staff have good bedside manner. They are considerate of the patient and explain everything well. I'm impressed with Dr. Miller.
