Refused to counsel us for no obvious reason. Very unprofessional. She had bragged how experienced and excellent she was. I saw her reviews here and now understand the reason for the bragging.

Dr Jain told me he only sees high paying clientele at his clinic ! That drive thier own cars , and have high paying jobs. I don't need to see someone who can't drive, and don't have a job ! He only sees high paying clientele, and you can't tell me who to see , this is my clinic not yours ! And this is your last visit. He Basically was ashamed of me ! Cause I was on tencare and I have seizures who doesn't have a Dr approval to drive yet ! So I have to use C and C medical transportation van and Dr Jain was embarrass to see that van park at his clinic droping me off ! He waited from 2013 and until now to tell me he only sees high paying clientele only !!! He should of tell me this the first day I start seeing him in 2013. Please stay clear of him and his counselor's ! Dr. Jain didn't diagnose me his counselor did and the counselor said I'm a narcissist with manic depression!!! And keep me extremely dope up !!! I have since got a correct diagnose, and narcissist &Manic depression is not one

Definitely an A + therapist. I say this from 1st hand experience. She goes above & beyond to help her clients.. Will make emergency appointments pretty much all the time. Her experience with EMDR is top notch.. Very personable and extremely pleasant while being professional.. She is not your “ typical therapist” as she has her own awesome style(very own that is for sure) and it works. She will meet you more than 1/3 way if you are willing to do the work ~ but you must be wanting to help yourself.. Meting her and working with her has changed my life for the better., I could not have come as far as I have without her guidance. She will not tell you what to do as she acts as a GPS system for each client’s individual needs. I have done a lot of EMDR with Marlaina for PTSD and have not regretted any of it. My PTSD symptoms have diminished greatly,, and I did not think that would ever be possible.. Her training and application of EMDR is impeccable and serious CBT has helped too..

I highly recommend Saroj as a counselor. She listens well, understands my feelings and issues, and addresses them professionally and completely. And, most importantly, she cares about her patients.

I had an appointment with Dr Jain last week and I will never go back to this practice or recommend it to anyone else. After just 20 minutes of speaking with Dr Jain he diagnosed me with manic depressive bipolar disorder and alcoholism. It is simply not possible to responsibly diagnose bipolar disorder after just 20 minutes, excluding the fact that I have never exhibited manic or bipolar symptoms. Seek care elsewhere and don't waste a copay like I did.

The advice and counseling I received from Rhett really stuck with me. I even often find myself giving this advice to others. He changed my heart and my entire outlook of on life. He's so easy to talk to and laugh with. He makes life seem so simple. Some of the issues I once thought I couldn't recover from, I have. Although some of these still remain, thanks to Rhett, I know how to cope with them now. I highly recommend Rhett's treatment and care. Also I'm forever grateful to him. Thank you!!

DO NOT GO TO! Not a very friendly doctor. Or can you trust her. I waited for months for a referral letter from her after she told me I was ready to start T and she was willing to send one. I waited and it never got sent. I had to put my other appointments on hold twice because of this. When I asked again for a referral, she told me I wasn't ready after she told me twice that I was and that she would send a letter.

My 13 year old had been seeing Dr. Jain for about a year, I had to reschedule an appointment due to a medical emergency. When we arrived at our appointment they told me that I needed to pay for a no call no show, I record all my calls on my phone and replayed the conversation of me cancelling. Dr.Jain just looked at me and then told me that he would no longer see my son since he wasn't "consistent". Steer clear of this office at all cost!

Rhett is hands down the best counselor I have had during a 10 year battle with substance abuse. If you are ready to get serious.

On my very first visit this doctor Jain claims he doesn't have records, even though I signed release form a week prior to appt, and said he wouldn't see me and that I should go elsewhere based on my history that I told him? What his real problem is that I am on Tncare and he is discriminating against poor people like me.Im done with trying to get help on state healthcare,I have pretty much give up.
