Dr. Hamati is the very best cardiologist in this area. We are fortunate that he has stayed in our small city instead of moving away. Dr. Hamati saved my husband's life. When my daughter and I took my husband to the hospital we were told that he would most likely not live through the surgery. After B survived the surgery we continued to receive a dire warning. My husband was one of the many people who served in Vietnam. They found that Agent Orange caused the heart defect and B is still very healthy. We are so grateful to the Good Doctor who saves lives and encourages life changes. B loved salt on everything. He is a graphic designer so he was not accustomed to exercising. That heart attack happened 10 years ago. Since that time, B joins me in our morning walks and learned to do woodwork during this pandemic. Everyone who knows B knows that he is a good, honest man. He is alive because of Dr. Hamati's skill on the operating table as well as his good advice. Thank you Dr. Hamati.

Dr. Brahmbhatt is one of the best! He is my husband’s cardiologist and there’s nothing negative I can say at all. He’s very thorough, professional, takes his time going over every detail. I would highly recommend him! He saw my husband as an outpatient and inpatient where he had a pacemaker implanted. Dr. B is highly respected and my husband and I have great respect for him as well.

Dr Shohba as she is called might be a decent cardiologist, but definitely loses when it comes to doctor-patient relationships. She did my cath and I never saw her again while in the hospital. She met with my wife immediately after, but never me. In addition, she never came or sent someone to check me out. I sat at the hospital waiting until late in the afternoon of the following day. I had to threaten to walk out before another doctor came. Never saw her and she'll never see me again.

I had to see Dr Hamati on a referral from my regular doctor. He put in three stints and likely saved my life. He is always friendly and professional, wait time isn't bad, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will continue to see him because I trust him with my health and would recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I met Dr. Shobha at JCMC in his hospital room. She took the time to ask my husband important questions about his health. She explained that she would be putting a stent in him and while she was talking to him he and I both seemed more relaxed. Dr. Shobha took great care of my husband and took the time to talk with me after the procedure. She has compassion for others no doubt and a great bedside manner. I'm glad that she was his doctor that can only be divine intervention.B J Wolf

She knows I am a retired nurse but still takes time to explain so that I can understand. I feel safe when I am in her care. When I am waiting on her and she is late I think...if I was in a crisis I would want her there; I would wait on her all day if I had to.

Dr Shoba is great, her nurse Casey is great. However the office workers that schedule appts and check you in are horrible. These ladies, for lack of a better term, are completely disinterested in being proffesional, competent or even friendly. Such a wonderful Dr and nurse, but you risk your life with the incompetent office staff.

I met Dr. Shobha in a cath lab at JCMC.I was terrified. She treated me with a tremendous amount of skill as a physician during the heart procedure. Also, very importantly she treated me with compassion. I felt like she truly cared for me and my life. Not only was she concerned with treating me as her patient she took her time to treat my family with compassion and respect. She kept them informed and helped them understand what was happening to me. She is 1 in a million! She saved my life.
