Jason is amazing! He really cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone!
I started seeing Jason after both my ObGyn and Family medicine doctors dismissed my issues as baby blues. One told me to take one medicine while the other told me not to take it. They made me feel like I should just deal with my anxiety and focus completely on my kids, not myself. Jason has been immensely helpful since I began seeing him. He listened to me carefully and has helped me find the right medications. I wish he was easier to reach or was available more often but I'm glad I found him!
Jason Flassing has been wonderful to work with since my first visit. It is rare in this age to find someone who truly believes in the healing of mind as well as the body which in truth go hand in hand.
He will listen with compassion and true concern. I would most highly recommend him if his services are ever needed.
Jason is my Psych PA. He is better than any doctor I have ever seen, that is why I'm still with him.To find him was a blessing, or maybe he found me, we have a long history. He does not give you medicine to mask your illness, maybe people do not like that. He tries to understand what is going on and cautiously uses meds so you can do the work you need to do to become a healthier, more peaceful, happier you. I believe if it wasn't for Jason, I would not be functioning right now. Very good person!!
By far the best psychiatric professional I've seen in a 20-year history of treatment.
Jason really takes the time to listen and pay attention to how I'm feeling. His care and concern are obvious.
He goes the extra mile to accommodate me as far as scheduling, and responds to calls/emails within just an hour or two.
I would recommend him to anyone in need of psychiatric care.
I've been seeing Jason Flassing for over a year. He has worked with me through medications that did not work, when I wanted to give up. We've been actively working to find the right formula that works for me. He's always addressed my concerns, however small they may seem to others.
I have a hard time getting through the phone lines in the office, or getting any human on the phone. But Jason has always been prompt in response when emailed, regardless of my fear of not being 'priority' enough.
I have been seeing a psychiatrist for a long time, but needed a new one because I had moved. I felt like he listened and he started me on a new medication that worked better for me right away, even though I had been taking my other medication for years.
My experience with Jason was incredible! I was having severe panic attacks and had no idea why. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with him and he started by asking me a series of questions. In a short amount of time he determined I was depressed, and not bipolar as my other doctor had misdiagnosed. He changed all of my medicine and literally changed my life. I have never felt better! I'm etenally grateful for his care. I can't recommend him highly enough. Professional and compassionate!
This was the most unprofessional experience in my life. This person has zero interest in listening to your problems. He simply wants to write as many scripts as quickly as he can and get you out of his office. His lack of interest in actual tailored treatment sent me into a greater depression. Luckily, my primary care physician prescribed a medicine that works well for people with treatment-resistant depression. I was better the next day, and, by the end of two weeks, I was a happy person.
I felt that Dr. Jacob was very condescending, cold, harsh, and abrupt to me while hospitalized at Carolina Center.
Jason seemed helpful in treating my Bi-polar disorder in the beginning, but eventually dismissed me as a patient. He mistakenly wrote an incorrect prescription, which is perfectly reasonable. After going on vacation, his staff failed to even address the issue in his absence. After weeks of back and forth, I was very rude to his staff due to my worsening symptoms. I was dismissed with no communication from Jason directly. With my mental health at stake, he ignored his duties as a medical provider
Very understanding and supported. He was there to help me when I was at my lowest in my life. I can't thank him and the whole staff
