She always attends to every concern or question you have. Makes sure you understand what's going on. Extremely friendly and great bedside manner. Couldn't ask for a better physician's assistant.

I love the way Dr. Sandrin takes her time either me. She listen to my needs. She is an awesome doctor.

I don't understand so many negative reviews for Dr. Sandrin? Everybody has a bad day every now and then + it sounds like she has had several overbooked days. Dr.'s do have limits. Sometimes the front office forgets to let the back office know your there. I experienced this on one appt. but I didn't get my nickers in a wad..I just went to the front desk to ask if Dr. Sandrin or Beth knew I was still waiting since the waiting room was empty except for me. My experience with Dr. Sandrin has been nothing but positive, then again I'm a very compliant patient and do what she says...I wonder if these complaining patients are doing their part in managing their health and are compliant?

Takes time to explain treatment plan and answer all questions. Easy to talk to. Professional. Truly interested in improving your health with you as a partner.

I see her for thyroid issue, and when I leave the office I feel like she has given my situation such a comprehensive look and I trust her opinion.

Dr. Schenck closed his office on Baylor Rd in Bluffton, sc and left the area. No notice whatsoever to patients. We don’t know where he moved to or why. It left a lot of us without a doctor.

Dr. Sandrin is very experienced and knowledgeable. She’s a straight shooter and will professionally explain everything in simple terms. She will not hear excuses and expect only the best care you will ever get.

Dr. Sandrin is my endocrinologist. She is very intelligent and explains my care in a way I can understand. You can tell she cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her, especially if you have something rare.

I have seen Dr Sandrin a few times. I found her to be very dedicated to helping her patience with diabetes. I found her to be friendly and professional. She explains the meds she is giving you and any side affects that could occur. I highly recommend her for treating diabetes.

First day I saw her she did a biopsy. Didn't know I was going in for a biopsy but low and behold I got one. She did spend a lot of time with us but for the follow up appointment - was very stressed out, short and when we asked questions, she got very distraught and ranted about how much training she had, etc. Then she had the audacity to tell us that she spent too much time with "you people". You People Really? She is part of a medical conglomerate enough said!

After waiting for an hour I walked out of the office without having seen this doctor for my follow up visit. Later found she had billed my insurance company for a visit that never happened. Received a note saying everything was fine come back in a year (she had not seen me so how could she determine this). I followed up with a different endocrinologist a week later and was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and have to have a complete thyroidectomy.

Very, very rude. Will call you a liar in a heart beat. Does not listen to the patient, just makes her own assumptions, because after all she is the physician, and will tell you so. The sad thing is she can be the best physician in her field, if she wasn't so rude. My husband says, she treat you like an complete idiot, and makes you uncomfortable.

If there was an option for negative stars, she'd get that. She is very rude. What doctor says there's nothing wrong with you without even looking at ANY lab work. She basically said my primary physician is a liar and so am I. She was negative about everything, as if there's no hope for me. She doesn't care at all to help find a diagnosis for me, very selfish as a Dr.

Hard to get an appointment, otherwise fairly good overall. She expects patients to listen and won't take excuses, but she's very respectful of my knowledge and experience.
