Doctor Sabin at Salida Lake Medical Center has got to be one of the most caring doctors I have ever known & I have seen many doctors in my 56 years. Not only does he spend more time with you than other doctors, he also stocks generic medications for his patients that are sold at a reasonable price with rarely a wait to have filled, which saves me time and money. I first met Dr. Sabin in 2004 when my partner & I worked for his practice as part-time subcontractors doing some remodeling at his clinic. When I saw the attention & genuine care he provided, I decided to transfer my care to him & I have never regretted it. (By the way, I read a prior review in which a person claimed that  Dr. Sabin keeps medications in a clinic bathroom! That statement is untrue & I cannot believe someone would tell such a lie)! SO...If you want a doctor who will take the extra time with you, one who makes sure all your labs & medications are up to date, friendly & down to earth, then call Dr. Sabin!

We went to this “Doctor” & he gave medicine that was stored in a bathroom. We did several tests with him & he said multiple things was wrong. We spent over $1,000 for this doctor not to help us one bit. All he cares about is money & not the health of his “patients” aka guinea pigs. Do not waste your money with him. You can buy the same medicine he gives you for a lot cheaper at a pharmacy!!!!! $400 for 3 Vitamins & so called antibiotic....... Save your time/health

After returning for my 2apt I found a PCP who cared. With my complix med issues the Doc, would not proced until he had up to date blood work, records, and tests ordered. I feel Dr.Sabin cares about your health. He wanted to know about my medicaI history before porceding.spent over 30 min discussing my medical issues, and felt save returning to him with any returning issues that may arrise in the future. He appeareces extremely knowdledgeable Dr. In many areas, I feel sake going to him.

I have been in Dr.Sabins care for the last 4 Years. He goes though all my records explains everything to me. all questions are answered. Dr. Sabin cares and is a very fair Doctor, drug screens are done on time... If you fail, he will drop you! You go to the ER try to get more pills he will drop you that is the way the system works!!! All in all A very good Doctor I do recommend him to everybody.

I hadn't had much luck finding a doctor whom I trusted and with whom I felt comfortable until I found Dr. Sabin. Because he takes TIME to listen, talk and explain, I feel that he truly cares. I BELIEVE he wants to do right by me and truly has my back. I appreciate that he doesn't cut corners: he considers the WHOLE of me not just my pain. He encourages patients to be responsible with their care thus creating a partnership between dr. and patient that is invaluable. I freely recommend him.

Dr. Sabin has changed the quality of my life; thanks to his dedicated commitment to a superior level of health-care practiced with the highest ethical standards. No unnecessary tests or treatments are recommended; only highly essential, standard diagnostic testing; extremely important and sometimes legally required as a part of my unique health-care plan. I am honored to recommend Dr. Sabin to anyone who seeks a dedicated, highly educated physician with vast experience in a total-care approach.

Dr. Sabin has been a God send for me. Not only has he improved my health drastically, he LISTENS to me. Not many doctors ask how you are, aside from your health, which is very important. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you're important and are truly cared for. He is one of the last with a true bedside manner. You are not just a patient here, you are an investment by a man who takes pride in his practice and patients. I highly recommend him to all.

Terrible organizing. They didn't even remember what medicine I was on and they are not confidential with medical records. Through a window, they basically hollered out my diabetic condition for everyone to hear. I think it's a scare tactic so people won't question him when he forces appointments onto people.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sabin for over 5 or 6 years. He has helped me in so many ways. My diabetes are under control my weight dropped tremendously. He explains everything to me that no other Dr would. All asked of him is to follow the guidelines in his paper work you sign when you first become a patient.

This man constantly lied to me about the requirements of being a patient in his clinic, yet I followed every single rule he said to follow. Then he discharged me after being his patient for over four years because I failed to make my own appointment to have a colonoscopy done, after telling him three times that I had tried to make the appointment, but every medical professional who I spoke to said that he (Dr. Sabin) had to make the appointment for me. Sadly, very unprofessional.
