Carolina OB/GYN

This was my first visit to the practice, and to Dr Andrea Richmond-Mart, and I can say the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. I’m a senior patient, and had many questions, but while I was there I was treated as I was the only patient for the day. She was compassionate, caring, and patiently listened to my concerns. She explained everything in detail for all procedures and instructions. From my very interaction with the office staff, making an appointment with Kayla, to the nurse who took care of me first, and the check out procedure, my experience was flawless. Very highly recommend this awesome team!

I could not have been happier with my experience with Dr. Richmond. Dr. Richmond was my OB/Gyn for the delivery of my first child, and she made me feel extremely safe and cared for during the whole pregnancy and delivery. She went out of her way to make sure that all my concerns were taken care of and that all my questions were answered. She was always available for me and answered me quickly. She took the time after each appointment to make sure that I felt good about everything, to talk with me about any concerns I had, and to discuss the next steps. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that she is very passionate about what she does. She cares deeply for her patients, and it shows! During the delivery itself she was very focused, in her element, and was such a calming presence. When I think of someone who is truly living out her calling, I think of Dr. Richmond. I could not have had a better experience with her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/Gyn.

Dr. Richmond-Mart is an excellent physician. She has a fantastic bedside manner and is incredibly knowledgeable about her field. I feel safe, confident, and well taken care of here. She’s also an excellent surgeon. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Richmond-Mart, I'm so happy (and relieved!) she's my OBGYN! In addition to Dr. Richmond-Marts' professionalism, her staff are all nice and the office has pleasant atmosphere. I feel very lucky to have found her.

It took me a long time to write this. I went to this “”Doctor” when I was pregnant and leaving my highly dangerous and abusive spouse. I was afraid and tried to explain this to her. She said nothing but stared at me with judgement, contempt, and cold callous disregard. She left the room and had other people deal with me. I wouldn’t trust her to deliver puppies.

Dr. Bindner always makes sure to listen to what I have to say instead of just rushing through my appointment. She always speaks in terms I can understand and leaves me feeling better after my appointments!

Dr. Maselli is definitely one of the best doctor's I've ever had. She has been with me since the birth of my second child born in 2014, two miscarriages, a depression bout, and now through this pregnancy. Her knowledge, caring & family like spirit is what all women need when going through tough stages in their lives. She makes you feel so important and appreciated and I would recommend her to anyone at anytime

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Gayle Richmond. I seldom book an appointment with a doctor based on their website, but these are extraordinary times. The website was informative and Dr. Richmond's credentials-and those of the en tire practice-were impressive. The experience exceeded my expectations. Amid the coronavirus pandemic, their office was extremely clean and made me feel safe. Dr. Richmond was a great listener and what I feel to be a very competent doctor. I have suffered from heavy and painful periods for years but now feel hope is in sight.

This week marked our second pregnancy appointment and there is no doubt we have chosen the right doctor and the right practice. I love Carolina OB/GYN's Centering program. It is really helping me understand motherhood and the changes my body, not to mention my emotional state, are undergoing. Meeting other women who are going through pregnancy at the same time is powerful! Dr. Richmond is kind and understanding and the midwives at Carolina OB/GYN are the best. Thank you, Dr. Richmond for offering this wonderful program for expectant moms like me.

Dr. Lasry has been my doctor for almost a decade. From annual wellness exams, to the birth of my two children she has been with me. I love the fact she works in a practice of all women. Her compassion really set her apart. I can not recommend her enough!
