Dr. Kinney is the absolute best! She takes the time to listen, and is always so thorough. If you are lucky enough to be her patient, rest assured you have hit gold!

Dr. Kinney has been my internist as well as my husbands for over 6 years. I have never had a bad experience with her. In fact, she is the rare mix of amazing physician with gentle and attentive bedside manner, I am a nurse and have worked with numerous physicians, none of which compare to her.

DR. KINNEY IS A WONDERFUL CARING DOCTOR. SHE IS ALSO THE BEST INTERNIST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN 65 YEARS. SHE IS EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND ALWAYS LISTENS TO MY CONCERNS. BECAUSE SHE HAS A SCRIBE SHE CAN LOOK AT ME AND GIVE ME 100% OF HER ATTENTION AND NOT BE GLUED TO HER COMPUTER LIKE MOST OTHER DOCTORS THESE DAYS. SHE IS THE BEST!

Dr Kinney is an amazing Dr. She has great clinical skills and really takes the time to listen to her patients concerns and questions. Unlike most clinicians there isn't a sense of feeling rushed or like you are just one out of the many patients she sees in a day. Both my wife, who is also in the medical field, and I regularly recommend her to our friends and family.

I love Dr. Kinney, and that is the only reason I have continued to see her. She's a great doctor but you have such a hard time being able to make an appointment with her! I had an appointment scheduled with her for nearly two months when the time came near for the appointment, I get a phone call that they've moved my appointment to a time that didn't work for me. Now, I have another scheduled appointment that is now 2.5 months out. That was the next available she had! Good luck if you get sick!

Dr Hildreth WILL NOT follow if you are hospitalized .. She will not make rounds. With having a serious and long hospital stay not once was she involved with my care. My first visit after discharge most of the time was spent with her reading my computer records as to my illness. Many things did not get follow up care. If you need a Doctor to coordinate a hospital stay or serious illness this practice is not for you. I am still finding out things that should have been followed but were not

Review of Dr. Kinney

-charleston, sc |

Dr. Kinney is wonderful, as is Dr. Karen Kimm, but their assistants and nurses are easily among the worst people on the planet. I have had such difficulty with them and they make everything about going to the doctor ten times harder than it needs to be. Dr. Kinney's RN has made me cry on the phone before when I was trying to schedule an urgent appointment. This review isn't about Dr. Kinney or the other doctors at Tidewater, just to warn people about the staff. Yikes.

Review of Dr. Hildreth

I have been to her a few times, mainly for yearly physicals. I have no major health concerns, not on regular medicines and in my early 50s. I find her very pleasant and the wait time a minimum. The second time I went just recently, they were short staffed and I felt very rushed. They didn't have all my medical history about a previous visit in their system. I told her about two pains I am experiencing and felt they were dismissed. I am now scheduling a second opinion.
