Dr Croce was very understanding of my hearing loss and surgeries. She was kind, warm, professional, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I have been wearing hearing aids for 30 years and got them through a different audiologist and office. I was never completely happy with the aids. I very highly recommend Dr . Croce. I would like to give Dr. Croce extra stars for my rating!!! I am a veteran with SNHL, bilateral tinnitus, bilateral hyperacusis, migraine and cluster headaches, PTSD, sleep apnea and CNS syndrome. Kinda messed up much of the time. I have had 6 VA audiologists with suc differens sets if hearing aids, the VA tinnitus management program, a VA neurologist, several VA behavioral health professionals. Ugh! Finally with the help of 3 John's Hopkins Neurologists and one Hershey Nerotlogist and Dr Croce we cracked the code. I found Julia for the Neuromonics program and she has been an excellent interdisciplinary team member. She understands the complexity of my issues and explains tinnitus and hyperacusis in a way that makes sense with all that is going on in my head. . She has gone out of her way to help me and together after 8 years of wandering in the VA halls and highways I am making some progress with tinnitus and hyperacusis. Thank You Dr. Croce
