I've been seeing Dr Kress about 10 years. Great bedside manner and excellent diagnostician. Sometimes I get a bit frustrated with appointment wait times, but it's worth it. Good family physicians are not easy to find!

i have been trying to get in contact with office for past 3 days. I need an appointment and have reached office management. They tell me they will call me back. Have not called me back. Will be changing PCPs.

some of the staff are rude, and insensitive, they don't return phone calls, and you have to call repeatedly to get a referral, and to leave a doctor a message you have to dictate to someone at desk, and I got no call back. yea sorry I stayed with office as long as I did!

The office staff make it completely worthless to even try to see any doctor at this office. They are rude, unhelpful, and make patients feel like an inconvenience .

Dr. Kress is great. Other practitioners come and go and have been so so. But office management has been TERRIBLE. For example, today I went to pick up a script. They remembered seeing it but could not find it. Referrals are always hit or miss. I need to find another PCP.

Always takes time to listen and answer questions. Good diagnostician. Kind and caring. Have been seeing him over 20 years. Seldom wait long, but never mind it because he gives time needed to everyone. My husband saw him also before he died even earlier than I did. Good man!

My mom, husband and I have been going to this practice for close to 20 years. This practice takes their time with you and is very caring. Great follow through. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Over the years I have found Dr. Kress to be an excellent physician, caring, attentive, and an excellent diagnostician! Office staff and nursing staff are always welcoming and professional. Glad to have found this doctor and his practice. Would not change anything!

Extreme wait times and apathetic staff. Dr. Kress himself is friendly and caring but I am switching providers due to the quality of service. If you don't mind waiting over an hour for a ten minute consultation, then proceed at your own risk.

I see a different doctor in Dr. Kress's office; however, all the doctors here are very good. The problem I have is the customer service/ receptionists. They are extremely rude and condescending when you ask questions or ask for help. Really hurting the business with such bad impressions from them.
