The most incompetent front desk staff I have ever seen. On one occasion I called to make a flu shot appointment. Receptionist said I didn’t need one for a flu shot and could just walk in. The next day I show up for my flu shot. The receptionist tells me to take a seat. After an hour of waiting I became impatient. I went up to the front desk wondering what was going on. They were shocked I was even still there. I waited an hour for a flu shot that took less than 3 minutes. On another occasion I called to make an appointment. The person on the other end said I already had one with them. I double checked with them as I had no memory of making one prior. They assured me that I had one with them so I believed them. I then go in for my appointment only for them to tell me I do not have an appointment. I tell them my story to no avail and of course they had no openings so I ended up wasting my time on an appointment that did not exist.

Got my husband an appt to see Dr Deyarmin to get established as a new patient and follow a health concern. Front desk staff were wonderful and an appt was available quickly, but both the nurse and Dr Deyarmin were rude, dismissive, brusque, and didn't treat him with any consideration. Waste of time and money and now my husband will have to find another doctor because he is not interested in being treated like that by anyone, let alone a doctor.

My mother saw another local Dr for almost 20 years. My mother suffers from anxiety and needs both hips replaced. She fears falling so she started to cancel appointments because of panic attacks at the thought of leaving the house. That former Dr dumped my mother as a patient leaving her in limbo to find someone who would continue her home care. Without ever knowing my mom, Dr Furlong, did a house call to make sure my mom was ok and continued her home care.

Dr. Furlong has been my doctor for quite a few years. She listens to everything i say and has a solution for it - takes the time to answer all my questions. Easy to reach in case of an emergency and the staff is great!!! Wouldn't have any other doctor!

Horrible Experience. A doctor has never actually made me cry. She did, a lot. Terrible bedside manner. I was very sick and taking medication and she couldn't understand why I would take something, then proceeded to prescribe me the same thing. All she wanted to do was make me feel bad at myself. Could tell she was irritated with me as soon as she walked in. Very judgmental. Saw her when no one else was available. Will never see her again. STAY AWAY! I feel bad for those who work with her.

I strongly discourage anyone, especially females, from seeing Deyarmin. I had a very serious medical condition and he didn't even examine me. He just said I had a migraine and walked out the door. (i didn't have a migraine)

Doctor picked up my prescribed medications from my previous doctor and cut me off without notice. None of them were any Controlled Substances there was no reason for it I went through a severe breakdown and I do put myself into a psychiatric hospital

I have been going to Dr. Furlong for years. She is very thorough and concerned about her patients. Sometimes it may be hard to get into see her, due to seasonal illness, i.e.. flu season. But if you can see any of the other physicians or a Nurse practitioner, that will review with her to get the care you need.

Dr. Furlong is the best! She always takes the time to listen to all of my issues. She is diligent with testing to get to the bottom of any issues you are having. The only thing I will say that I don't like is that the wait time is long. I usually get put back in a room and seems like it takes forever for her to come in the room - sometimes 45 mins. But I'd rather wait for her than go to a Dr. I don't trust.

Contrary to what I read, I find the staff there to be very, very friendly, as well as helpful. Maybe the other patient caught them on a bad day? Not sure

Rude staff nurses who spoke to me very ignorantly. Took days to even receive a callback about a serious issue. Was told had to wait a month to be seen. She is obviously too busy to actually care about her patients. If I were you I'd find a different doctor asap!
