I’ve never felt rushed at my appointments nor have I felt Dr. Roberts was condescending or rude. She patiently listens to whatever I have to say and refers me to relevant specialists when my long list of serious health issues are not her specialty. Never had a problem with her staff either. You must give respect if you expect to receive it as well. This is pretty much a basic family practice in a small town. If you need full medical concierge service, try Johns Hopkins or Hershey medical, and good luck getting an appointment.

20 years with Dr.Knop and not one single complaint! My family and I are so grateful to have Dr.Knop as our PCP!

My mother will not leave this doctor and the doctor waits till the last minute to try to take care of somebody when you give them symptoms she should take care of them right away

Really no stars for the this no good office so I move to the area and needed a Dr. closer to me call there office they were accepting new patients so I did the new patient form change my insurance over to DR.BRAIN KNOP made an appointment days before, I am scheduled to go in I get a call staying don't come in because Dr.KNOP doesn't think he would benefit me in any way hmmm wonder why ? There's not a reason WHY now a have to take further actions

Condescending. Pompous. Not personable. Does not care about mental health. Only prescribes pills after blood tests. Not confident prescriptions are the best choices.

I was surprised by the reviews as I have been going to Dr. Roberts for years and have never found the staff to be anything other than kind and police. Have had no trouble scheduling appointments when needed and Dr. Roberts always listens and considers my opinion and without judgement, before giving treatment. Although I haven’t always agreed with her recommended treatment, I followed it anyway and it has always worked.

Most hands-off doctor I've ever been too. Very condescending. Doesn't listen to patients concerns, only knows how to prescribe drugs that treat symptoms, has no interest in finding out the real cause of the problem. Staff is pretty incompetent, screwed up billing all the time. Had to pay for routine physicals that were billed as medical. Ordered the wrong labs and bloodwork, had to pay out of pocket for their mistakes. Finding a new doctor, done with Dr. Roberts.

Unprofessional. Completed new patient forms and hand delivered before Thanksgiving. Just returned from their office to get my forms because 7 weeks is apparently not enough time to review the file of a healthy person and admit them into a practice.

Go here if you have the common cold, diarrhea or a small boo-boo. If you have more problems than this, your better off calling a priest . Does'nt listen at all just types info into computer mutters a few words and relieves you of about 200 dollars. Hope I dont get sick anytime soon till I find another dr. or I'm going to the vet.

Has always been difficult to communicate with. Believes in junk science and does not even listen to other studies that have changed over the years. Put my wife on anti depressants to manage hot flashes, this caused too many side effects to mention on this venue. I have sat in on 2 visits with my wife and Dr. Roberts. I agree with many others if you read her reputation. These bad reviews keep getting erased because they are bad. When you start to see 50-100 or more reviews then you can see avg.
