Mr. Ortiz has the very best customer service, attention to detail, patience, and level of care I have ever experience in any doctors office. He takes his time to answer your questions or concerns, and is willing to help in any way he can. After my first visit with Mr. Ortiz I decide to make him my twin toddlers primary care provider as well. Excellent customer service!

Every time I go to the Doctor, Oli Ortiz is so thorough. This time, my 17 year old daughter and I both had physicals. He takes his time and makes sure he answers all questions. I would recommend Olisvier for your medical care needs. He takes time to understand your condition and makes valuable recommendations. He made an additional telemedicine appointment to make sure I was following on his recommendations.

I've been a patient of Oli's for more than 2 years now and could not be happier to have him as a provider. He is thorough and has been quick to address any issues I've had, major or minor. I particularly appreciate his consistency in promptly following-up on the results of any bloodwork or tests he orders, which has not always been my experience with previous practitioners. I have referred both my mother and my husband to him and they've both had positive experiences as well. I tell anyone looking for a new GP to see Oli, he is wonderful!

Amazing doctor; probably the best I've ever had! My old doctor sadly left the practice and no one else seemed to compare. Coincidentally set up an appointment with ollie and felt he had exceeded my previous doctor! Always listens without judgement... I've never felt like I was being judged or talked over. Always responds extremely fast and always seems to take the time to understand the issue and find ways to tackle it while having the patient involved in the process. I have easily recommended him to anyone I can!

He made me feel comfortable, informed, cared for & went above and beyond in his efforts to help me throughout. He was available by phone if needed and was gracious in filling out paperwork for leave purposes not once but twice.
