Was seen and treated by Dr. Lake while a patient at Abington Hospital. He showed genuine interest in helping me with my condition. Glad that he was assigned to my case and plan to follow through with him.

I had my appointment with Dr. Ward today. The office staff were very nice and friendly. Dr. Ward was very kind and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. In no way did I feel rushed. He spent nearly one hour with me going over my recent CT scan as well as my previous scan/reports from 10 yrs ago. I’m very pleased with the care I received.

Had Dr. Lake when I was in ICU with Covid -19. He made small talk for a few minutes to calm me down and then in each visit he repeated that recovery would be a long game and that I shouldn't worry if I had setbacks. It was super important to have that reinforced. And he was right. I am now halfway there and have learned to stress less about hiccups in the recovery process.....

My mother, who has Alzheimers, had an appointment with Dr. Ward, to which I accompanied her. Since she cannot communicate well, and was actually asleep during most of the video, a less kindhearted and sensitive Physician might have been flustered. I found Dr. Ward to be wonderfully sensitive, warm, extremely thorough, very skilled, and extremely patient, taking his time to make sure all was understood. Very down to earth in laying out all of the options for mom, I appreciated him so much.

My experiences, over 4years' time, have been exceptionally good. Dr. Reed divulge information/test results in a clear and detailed fashion and yet in a calm and professional manner. I like him both as my trusted physician and as a human being. As long as I continue to have my chronic lung condition, I intend to continue with Dr.Reed as my doctor. His staff is also well above-average in my experience with this group practice. They return my calls promptly, and perform their duties professionally.

I was seen by Dr. Reed until he felt I should go to Temple Hospital as my disease was becoming more serious. At Temple I am being treated by Dr. Gerard Criner. I feel that Dr. Reed is first class physician and a very fine man. I loved seeing him and respect his`guidance.

During initial visit, he stopped to make a call. Had to wait a full week before receiving call with test results even though Dr had received results on same day as test.

Dr Patel cared for my mother in the hospital. Dr Patel is caring, compassionate, an effective communicator, and very knowledgable. He was key in determining a very difficult, rare diagnosis. We found comfort and trust almost instantaneously. He communicated with other team members and helped tie my mom's care together. I would recommend Dr Patel without any reservation.

Dr. Patel is caring, supportive, and willing to listen to concerns. His communication skills with the family and other doctors is outstanding. More doctor's should learn from Dr. Patel on how to communicate.
