Review of Dr. Breaden

-Beaverton |

This physician can be very condescending...making statements sound like threats..".Do this or else". She is good with Sleep Apnea but with other sleep disorders, PLEASE see a neurologist/sleep medicine doctor. She relates all symptoms to 'insomnia' even having to empty your bladder during the night. ....... Her own statement here is that she sees 'insomnia' as causing or aggravating such disorders as DIABETES, high-blood-pressure and high cholesterol.........very 'black and white'.

One of the most impressive doctors I have ever had. Highly intelligent. She listens to every word you needs to share. She uses a multifaceted approach in solving problems. I have severe obstructive and central apnea. She has found the perfect balance of pressures for my bi-pap machine and has continually found solutions for my leaking mask. Dr. Breaden is simply the best sleep therapy doctor here in the northwest or anywhere!

Dr. Breaden is amazing! She took her time with me and explained everything thoroughly. My sleep study was done there and theirs rooms are like a 4 star hotel with sleep number beds. Once my sleep study was performed she found several areas of concern for my sleep. I was set up with a new and easy to use cpap and mask and have now had the best sleep I’ve have in years!!! She didn’t push anything either, she just explained how everything works and why. She was so patient with me. highly recommend

The sleep study was good and the doctor was good with explaining my sleep issue. However they rent you a small devices to try and do not provide you with a way other than driving to thier office to return. It took me 3 tries, hour round trip each time. They close their office during business hours and no drop slot. I suggested allowing people the option to mail it back. I used this little device 1 time and will pay a rediculas amount for the rental. won't purchase cpap there on principal.

Consult was very helpful. She explained things in a way that is easy to understand and gave practical , nonmedicated ways to improve sleep.

Initially I really liked her, but when I bough to her attention the fact that her staff made numerous mistakes, she became protective of them and condescending to me. Refer everyone to their in house sleep study when at home test are just as reliable and less expensive according to PubMed. She diagnosed me with a delayed sleep syndrome which I do not fit. Wanted me to do counseling without inquiring about my past therapy. One size does not fit all.
