Just started seeing Dr. Alrabbat a few months ago. Very professional, explains conditions in words that can be easily understood. Kind, courteous and helpful. Involves you in ways that can help your condition. I highly recommend him.
Most likely not with current office staff. Always seems in a hurry when calling them on telephone and do not feel they really listen to what your asking. They do not always follow through with what they say they are going to do resulting in multiple phone calls to get things resolved.
I went with my father-in-law to Dr Alrabbat. I work as an RN in a surgeon's office and I was embarrassed at how he treated my family. My 80 year old mother-in-law didn't understand how the inhaler worked and felt he was not using it regularly and asked to be shown again. Dr Alrabbat replied, I told you last time and if he's not going to use it I don't need to show you again. She stood her ground and was shown again but the disrespect toward the elderly bothered me. Dr. Alrabbat is very knowledgeable and good at his job. However, his staff is terrible. Out of office days, the phone just rings all day with no return phone calls, lazy staff will play on their phone before waiting on patients, and will not call you back when you leave a message concerning insurance or other health related questions.
