He's an absolutely wonderful doctor! The only problem is trying to get an appointment, it takes a month or more. Definitely not due to his fault, but Aultman.

The person who is scheduling and answering phones is the worst. She is very short, not helpful. I've even been hung up on. Needless to say I won't be able schedule an appointment and now how to find a new family physician.

I love Dr. Norman and his staff. They are all very helpful, understanding and professional people. He is especially good with my children has their respect and admiration as well. To the pill-popper that left a bad review, I am sure you found several doctors who refused to give you a prescription. It is obvious based on your understanding of how the insurance business works that you are foolish and irresponsible. The fact he denied you meds only makes me admire him more.

Worst doctors office ever....... They can't do their jobs right. Don't go there if u need medicine because they will tell you its in and its not. If you have insurance they won't bill the insurance company they will bill you. Awful.......

I am so glad to have a DO this close. People who are used to seeing MDs may not know how to handle the laid back "listen first" holistic approach of a DO, but I find it a refreshing break from the robot-prescription-writing style of many MDs. Dr Norman has a calm, quiet approach to medicine that seems oriented to treating people rather than treating symptoms.
