Dr Busacco performed laposcopic Hysterectomy on me in April 2016 during the surgery the blade slipped and cut my bowel. I was his first patient in 35 years that this happened to. What was supposed to be an outpatient surgery turned into a nightmare. This required me to admitted into the hospital. I was kept for 5 days causing addition hospital cost. My insurance paid for a portion, but now I required to pay the remaining portion causing me additional stress.
Dr Busacco performed Laparoscopic surgery on me in April 2016. what was supposed to be an easy surgery turned into a nightmare. During the surgery he clipped part of my bowl. This caused what was supposed be an outpatient surgery to become a long hospital stay causing a five day hospital stay. My insurance only paid a portion of the bill, leaving me with the remainder of the bill. I am now being forced to pay for a bill that was caused by doctor error.
Dr. Pierson looked at my family history with ovarian cancer, and suggested a test in her office for the BRCA gene. I did so, and was relieved to find that from a genetic standpoint, I'm at no greater risk than the rest of the population for breast and ovarian cancer, despite my family history. I appreciated her assertiveness in encouraging me to be tested.
Dr didn't listen to my concerns and was judgmental. She wasn't prepared to treat a diabetic patient (unfamiliar with current meds and their side affects and interactions, no blood glucose equipment to accurately monitor diabetic patients, jumped to conclusions without all of the supporting data).
Instead of acknowledging her inexperience related to diabetic care, she made comments that were rude leaving the patient feeling humiliated and reluctant to return for future exams and treatment.
Dr. Fermann is very matter of fact and communicates information well. She diagnosed my breast cancer quickly and referred me to an excellent breast surgeon within days. Also handled a very challenging hysterectomy with good recovery time and manageable pain. She worked around my very inflexible schedule so both surgeries could be done in a timely manner. I highly recommend her .
not very understanding, she feels birth control heals all. She doesn't listen very well.
I've loved her for a decade now.
