7/15 Dr. Esho & Mercy Health are the most unprofessional, misleading, inefficient doctor and care centers I have gone to in 40 years. I have dealt with many doctors due to having had cancer & my husbands heart problems. Tests like HIV & others were wrongly ordered for me that I wasn't told about, nor did I need. I am very healthy (and gave her my prior medical records of 1 year ago to prove it) I was in only for a Wellness Test. The extra tests I see are padding the bill to get more money. Plus the doctor miscoded my tests and the insurance didn't want tp pay. I had some physical therapy for a sciatica and was charged a different co-pay each time for the very same visit. I was also told I needed further testing but was not told for why. And never got a call back from the doctor to tell me why. Due to the extremely poor quality of care, professionalism and evasive information I would not recommend Dr. Esho or Mercy Health.

Doesn't believe in doing what's right for patient. Instills her beliefs. Stated to me I should see a phsycothearpist because what she was prescribing me wasn't working. I had to change my primary care & was not allowed to continue on medication, that worked for me, for or years, because she didn't believe in that kind. Suffered for 3 months till I found a new doctor.

The only problem with Dr . Esho is that she Is likely to cure you(at least genuinly give it her all) and then you will not get to see her any more. Mercy heath/hospital is flawed like all the rest. As long as they have Dr Esho, they will always have the greatest potential to turn things around.

Probably the best doctor I've had in a long time. She cares, she listens and she will set you straight if you're not following her orders.

Dr. Esho is very informative and kind. I had to switch primary care doctors when mine closed their practice over a year ago. I found Dr. Esho and I am so thankful I did. She's patient and answers all my questions. I would recommend anyone to go to her. And even though I am moving over an hour away I am still keeping her as my doctor. I have not had better care from another doctor including the one I went to since I was a kid.

Dr. Cramer explains anything and everything in a way that you can understand. He tells you the medical term then explains it in a way that you understand. he sits and talks to you as a friend not a number. The only draw back for Dr. Cramer is that everyone wants to see him so it is difficult to get in. he doesn't waste your money on test after test he pretty much nails it on the first diagnosis.
