Review of Sharon Roesner

- in Twinsburg, OH |

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Sharon. She is a very kind and caring person and does her best to help me with any issue I present to her. Sharon is also very easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. She is very accessible via Metro MyChart and by phone (just be sure to call during the office hours she provides to you). Thank you for all of your help, Sharon!

Review of Dr. Ahmed

-Cleveland, OH |

I am in recovery from drugs and alcohol. Dr. Ahmed had me on so many medications at once, I felt as though she didn't listen to me as a person. She also tried to prescribe me adderol, for anxiety, which is not even relevant. Not to mention that you CANNOT give that drug to recovering patients. Overall, horrible doctor. Would NOT recommend!!!

Review of Dr. Hernandez

- in boston, ma |

Dr. Hernandez is an excellent psychiatrist who listens carefully and works with me to carefully and thoughtfully recommend not only meds but also tools for resetting my internal narrative and steps I can take to achieve maximum benefits. I meet with him every 3 weeks and we have worked out a system on how best to spend this time. I meet with him at Fenway Community Health Care and the staff is extraordinarily helpful, kind, friendly, and efficient.

Review of Sharon Roesner

- in Painesville, OH |

RUN FROM THIS PERSON. First impression/visit unfathomably unprofessional! She spent MY hour talking about herself, with no prompting. Everything she told me were lies, and I knew it. Call her on her desk phone? No voicemail, you have to go through the front desk. Didn't KNOW that Adderall is an amphetamine, i.e.. a controlled substance, which she can't just 'call in' to a pharmacy, over the phone. She doesn't process paperwork, but call the Office of Patient Experience, then she does it.

Review of Mary Colleen Fallon

-Elyria, OH |

Ms. Fallon is not able to prescribe medication but she does seems to think that medication will solve most problems. I visited her on numerous occasions seeking ways to cope with stress. She is judgmental, unsympathetic, and rude. Never once did she provide guidance to me that did not require medication or a medication change. I was forced to see my PCP to discuss med changes although I did not feel I needed one (nor did my PCP, after this unnecessary visit occurred, and cost me $89 mind you)
