I have been seeing Dr Lucky for many many years. He is a great doctor and I feel fortunate that my PC referred me to him. As much as I love this doctor I have to agree with many others that they do have the worst office staff I have ever come in contact with. They are rude, unhelpful, and in many cases have no idea what they are doing. He is such a nice man maybe they take advantage of it. I don’t know but he needs to crack the whip and get a good office manager.

Dr. Haberle is wonderful! She is kind, friendly, thorough, and very skilled. She never rushes. As a melanoma patient, I completely trust her with my skin.

First visit to her for examination of lesions I have developed on various areas on my body. She did not ask for me to undress and examine my back, etc., but only examined the lesions that I was aware of. She should have done a baseline check on me. I would not recommend her, either for clinical expertise, or bedside manner.

Dr. Greenwald has always been very kind and professional. Her low key demeanor is appreciated by this patient, and my family as she has always been very calming, even when a procedure has been needed. I've had several moles removed over the years and her treatment has been painless, efficient, and you wouldn't even know I ever had a mole in the location it was after a few months have gone by. Follow up has also always been very professional. I consider her a top-rated experienced physician.

I found Dr. Eisen to be rude, detached and noncommunitive. He took one look at my problem, gave me his diagnosis, wrote me a prescription and walk out of the room. The diagnosis was incorrect I might add.

Dr Eisen is the only dermatologist for my family. Over the years, we have went through teenage acne, melanoma, and a rare illness with Dr Eisen. With his expertise and compassion, he has been our rock.

after waiting an hour they called me. when i asked if waiting a hour was normal they said it was because i was late i was 5 minutes late as i couldn't find the building and i also called them it turned out i was right there

I had a visit with Kaitlin yesterday and I was very impressed with her and the office staff. Kaitlin is a young professional, but her knowledge and professionalism is remarkable. I left the office with peace of mind and highly satisfied with the visit. Kaitlin is on electronic medical records which I found very helpful because my prescription was ready at the pharmacy when I arrived.

Kaitlin Cleves is young, inexperienced and has poor listening skills. I received treatment for something I did not ask for. Also, received another appointment two wks. later without having the full lab culture results back yet. Still does not know what is causing the problem I originally came in for and should have had cultured. She cultured a site where I had surgery earlier in the month and was still healing!

This was my first appointment wit Doctor Haberle. She spent an adequate amount of time and did a wonderful job of explaining her diagnosis as well as the directions for using the medication she prescribed. I was particularly impressed with Mary, a member of her reception staff. She was very kind and understanding with an elderly gentleman who arrived on the wrong day for his appointment. She made an effort to squeeze him in to se the doctor.

Prior to visit: Scheduling was straight forward and was able to get in within a week. Upon arrival: Had the first visit of the morning @7:30AM. Office was not open upon arrival and had to wait 5 minutes. Reception area was a mess, I was not even listed on the schedule. Everything is on paper still, including all of the patient files! With Doctor: Kaitlin spent less than 10 minutes with me. Also, she was accompanied by the receptionist and another individual without asking.
