First visit for yearly physical. Dr. Mohamed was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She was right on time and thoroughly discussed all aspects of my health. I have nothing negative to say about the entire visit, from check in to check out.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mohamed's for years and she is absolutely terrific. I highly, highly recommend her. She's knowledgeable, kind, and an excellent communicator.

I just want to start by saying that I dont often write reviews for anything be it a doctor a dentist or a vacuum cleaner. I felt compelled to write this because of the expert and compassionate care. My previous primary whom I loved retired and I had heard horror stories about other primaries in our area. Dr. Novakovic was highly recommended to me by my cardiologist so I was hoping to pick up where I left off and boy was I pleased! He has met and exceeded my expectations. He is thorough, he doesnt blow off my concerns, he LISTENS, asks questions, he works it up. What I think I enjoy the most is how easy going he is, he is very easy to talk to. His personality is very comfortable, relaxed, its like talking with an old friend during our visits. He has helped me greatly and I feel like I am in great hands! He is just the best and I am happy I found him!

Listens to concerns, does appropriate follow up as well as appropriate testing to diagnose a problem and if need be refers to appropriate specialists. would highly recommend her services.

I had the strangest experience with this professional of medicine. Has been my primary for three years though I don’t go to the doctors often, when I do I’m often not feeling well/at my best. Today he told me “we didn’t vibe” by far the weirdest most uncomfortable position to be put in as the patient. This was before he went to examine me so I felt super uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. I’ma super shy person and I think that made him uncomfortable I have no idea. I’m not looking to “vibe” with my doctor, I’m here for your professional expertise. Also he is often dismissing my physical complaints as being related to depression. I am not depressed though when I’m coming into the office I don’t feel well. I am shy yet respectful and am bewildered by his bedside manner. Will not be returning. Just wanted others to be aware in case of a common theme with this doctor of medicine.

Was on the phone with health insurance company while waiting to be seen. She refused to see me because when I finished call it was 10 mins after my appt time. I waited in waiting room until end of day so she could squeeze me in after her last appointment of day and she refused. She insisted I reschedule.

Great bedside manner. listens carefully. Most knowledgable. Sent me for appropriate medical tests and promptly provide information on the test results.

Joined Dr. Huestis' practice after my family doctor of 25 years retired. Searched long and hard for a good doctor. They are tough to find. She is a breath of fresh air. She is intelligent, friendly, and concerned for my overall health. I recommend her highly.

I’ve been a patient for 27 years. Recently moved to Ithaca for a high demanding job. Granted I had to cancel a few times due to job demands and travel. Although I was told that one of my recent appointments had to be rescheduled but the woman who put the request in to reschedule me was not in the office the day before my appointment. Thinking my appointment was to be rescheduled I stayed in Ithaca for my job. Called the morning of my appointment only to find out they didn’t know why they put the reschedule request in and I could still come in that day. I told them I couldn’t I assume I was getting rescheduled and stayed in Ithaca. Fast forward Dr. Burchell put me on a prescription that has intense withdrawal symptoms. He had me discharged, and the receptionist would not give me any information on the prescription so I could get a new doctor and have the information ready to go. So after 27 years I meant nothing to a Dr. I trusted, you’re simply an ex number and money for them.

Kind, compassionate, intelligent, and AMAZING doctor. I drive 35 minutes to see her twice a year -that's how wonderful she is. And the person who claims that she doesn't see patients in emergency situations is sadly mistaken, I have seen her (not her RN or a PA) 3 times with less than 24 hours notice over the past 2 years. I have also never had a problem with getting a script refilled, ever. Dr. Saluja is a gem in the medical community and she will make your life better in every way.
