Review of Dr. Miller

-

Dr. Miller was spot on with his diagnosis of an increasingly difficult problem I was having with my shoulder and upper arm. He explained the problem well to me and proposed a solution (explaining the pros and cons of the approach as well.) In addition I found him to be very personable. I have now moved out of Rochester, but am considering coming back to the area for an appointment with Dr. Miller as the condition requires maintenance every year or two as he predicted it would.

Review of Dr. Miller

Dr. Miller replaced my right shoulder 3 months ago and it's given me a new life free of chronic pain. I had read that shoulder replacement is especially painful, and first 24 hours post op were...but from then on, steady improvement and now....I am so very grateful for Dr. Miller's experience and skill. No pain! Both Dr. Miller and his team were available for any questions, had strong follow-up with careful and rigorous physical therapy. Happy to know Dr. Miller's there for my left shoulder.

Dr. Miller seemed to be clueless. We were extremely uncomfortable with him. He was unable to diagnose our daughters pain in her wrist that his office treated her for from day one of her injury. Dr. Miller passed her off to Dr. Hammert because he didn't know what was wrong with her. Dr. Hammert refused to treat her because her pain was not localized enough. We do not recommend UorR hand specialist. We brought her to Dr. Tomaino ,she is now pain free and back to normal:). Not associated with UofR

On my first visit, Dr. Miller couldn't explain my pain. He told me to take an NSAID if I was in pain and to come back in two months. At the second appointment, the symptoms hadn't changed but he gave me a completely different diagnosis that contradicted his claims about anatomy made during the first visit. He was 40 minutes late for the appointment and sent a bill for $300 for a 20 minute visit. Overall, he didn't help me.
