Review of Christopher George

- in Hilton, NY |

Mr. George is an easy going likable man who has dedicated himself to the care and treatment of persons in need of orthopedic medical care. He is upbeat and attentive to the patient's condition. No one will feel neglected after seeking help from Mr. George and Dr. Rouse. Both are part of a well coordinated team effort put forth by the URMC Orthopedic Dept. Professional, polite and punctual describe the pair.

Review of James Breton

Saw Breton at Ortho Urgent Care. Impatient, rushed, brusque, barely allowed me time to process what was being asked of me before he repeated it....because I wasn't following his instructions or questions thoroughly enough or quickly enough. Not impressed.

Was seen briefly today in Urgent Care by James Breton for a possible foot bone fracture. (His experienced view of the x-rays showed that it was not.) Throughout our conversation and his examination he was thorough and clear in his explanation. A super personable, friendly, and understanding professional, and although I only took a few minutes of his time, he was focused on my situation and never rushed. I would certainly recommend him to others in need of ortho services.

Review of Lawrence Dirisio

- in Rochester, NY |

I've been seeing Lawrence Dirisio for many years for a variety of issues. From trigger fingers to osteoarthritis in various joints to knee surgery (and surgery avoidance) to a torn rotator. He is the consummate professional with both knowledge and experience on the medical side and with an engaging understanding of the human side of medicine. I highly recommend him.

Review of Lawrence Dirisio

-Rochester, NY |

Saw this guy for my injured hand and the first visit he was very friendly but when I went back for a follow up he was very rude to the point of needing to talk to administration. He shut the door to the exam room and started talking very firmly to me and his bedside manner went out the door. Do not recommend

He saw me in Ortho Urgent Care and was professional and accurate , I think, in treating my knee pain. I shall follow up as an office patient in one month and will add more to this review after that.

Definitely would recommend Lawrence Dirisio. My pain was at a nine and I couldnt even think or focus as the pain became agonizing. The staff could see my pain and Mr. Dirisio was compassionate, understanding and quickly assessed and remedied the pain. Thank you so much!

I started treating with Jim years ago before Dr Lewis retired. Jim is the ultimate professional, he has treated me for knee and shoulder pain. The appropriate diagnostic tests were ordered and upon completion he explained the results in terms I could understand. I never felt rushed. I recently had a problem that is outside of his scope, he referred me to a specialist and an appointment was made. I feel so confident with Jim. I have sent my husband and children to him and they all feel as I do.

Went in to have my knee checked after an injury. This guy dug his fingernails into the kneecap and with the other hand on the bottom of my shoe, jerked and twisted the knee replicating the motion that had injured it in the first place. After icing and using antiinflammatory for a week- his actions set my knee back 4 days. Woke up with more pain and swelling after this! I've had doctors move a joint around to test it but not like this!! Wouldn't recommend at all.

Review of Lisa Fitzpatrick

- in Fairport NY |

Lisa was great with my 12 year old son. She saw him for a concussion. She was very clear and consistent with her evaluation of him through several visits and made me feel more confident about when it was time to lift school restrictions and return to physical activity. It was my first experience with this type of injury and I'm happy to have been referred to her. The staff at the two facilities we visited were all courteous and kind.
