Dr. Crane was thorough and did everything correct for my eyecare. I am sorry to hear that he is no longer with the Watertown Eye Center. Will have to find another doctor and probably not at the Eye Center. To many doctors have disappeared that I've been with.

Dear Dr. Arogyasami, I am very grateful! When you first saw me at 9:30pm you explained everything. You made me feel safe going through my planned surgery. I was shocked that a doctor would come in at 9:30pm at night to see me! Great care!

Beware of this doctor! There’s probably not enough room on this page for me to explain how egregious she is. I had procedures done where she was the overseeing doctor, that left me all deformed and messed up. I had to have 2 expensive and painful surgeries to try and correct- and will have to have reconstructive surgeries. Dr Kapoor has the gall to not even respond. Horrible situation that has really affected my life. . I hope I can spare someone else this situation if they read this

Like Dr., However he is always behind schedule. Will not wait next time. His assistant is a rude, nasty person and should not be allowed to deal with patients. Would not go back,if I had a choice. Too aggravating.

Approximate wait time ONE hour 45 MINUTES. Last visit never even saw DR. Unprofessional staff,especially his assistant who has a lousy attitude and projects the feeling she hates her job.

I was seen by Dr Crane as I have other health issues that effect my eyes. He has gotten me on the right medicines and has listened to me during appointments and taken my concerns into consideration when planning for my future care. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends who need eye care. Diagnosed my problem on the first visit and I am doing better already.

Dr. Adler has been my eye doctor for approximately 35-40 years. He has ALWAYS put the interests of his patients first. He told me years ago he would never recommend something for his patients he wouldn't recommend for his own family member. I

Dr Rini was the surgeon scheduled for my first appointment at Eye Care to consider cataract surgery. He impressed me with his directness and evident professional knowledge. I was told that I could request whichever surgeon I wished. I reviewed what I could online, and stayed with Dr Rini. I am thrilled with the results. Both surgeries went smoothly, my eyes have had their sharpness and range restored, and the dangerous double vision in one eye is gone. Thank you, Dr Rini.

Dr Adler treated my eye infection with great care and attention. I was very satisfied with the treatment he had me on and saw improvement immediately. With me sticking to the treatment and follow up he wanted me on, it ended up without surgery. So Happy! I will now see him on an annual routine basis because of that great care .

Worst eye experience EVER!!! Any Dr. experience for that matter!! My son had a severe eye irritation and was seen on an emergency visit on 5/23/16. My son reported after the appt that he barely said 5 words to him. He diagnosed pink eye and treated it with moisurizing drops only, no perscription. I called his office twice the next day and could not get a response over a 6 hour span. I finally showed up at the office and was asked to leave after experessing my dissatisfaction. NO PATIENT CARE!!!!
