Review of Dr. Santini

- in New york, NY |

Very bad doctor:waiting time three months and she cancels last minute without providing replacement appointment so you have to wait another three month for next available appointment, whenever she can she has residents do the appointments instead of her, aweful attitude towards patients overall. I do not know how she manages to keep her doctors license with the service like this... people could really get hurt because of delays and lack of attention. Her supervisor Sheila is ignoring complaints

Review of Dr. Santini

-New York, NY |

I had an utterly dehumanizing experience with Dr. Santini yesterday. She’s been my PCP for several years. I came to see her for extreme hypertension. Since I had last seen her, she stopped accepting my insurance but did not notify me, either when it happened or when I made the appointment. They lied & said someone attempted to call me about it (the only call I received from their office was an appointment confirmation). If you want to be treated like a human being, seek care elsewhere.

Dr. Santini is a wonderful doctor! Super smart, very attentive and she takes time to listen and answer all your questions. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Diana El Santini is my PCP doctor and she's great I go in yearly for my annual physical I am well taken care of if I have any concerns I can talk with her and she will go over all of my concerns with me and come up with a solution whenever the blood work is done then come back if there's a problem she writes and let me know and that way we come up with any treatment plan that if needed and when I am feeling sick I can call and I get an appointment when needed
