NYU LANGONE HOSPITAL CENTER

I personally wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone. Traveled from NJ to NYC to get fooled around by the doctor but also the staff. Called 2-3x a day for 3 weeks straight to be placed on holds and lied to regarding paperwork. If you are in serious need of a gastroenterologist, I suggest look else where then this facility.

He is fantastic. Very patient and explained everything. I feel he is really trying to help me. Would recommend him to anyone. Very professional and Alli his medical asst. was extremely helpful, professional, made me feel comfortable thruout the procedure. Trust them completely!

Dr Khanna and her staff were great for my consultation and surgery. Very thorough explained everything. A few months later I had an MRI for another issue and noticed cyst she was treating grew in size since I was concerned I emailed her and called her office with my concerns and never heard back from her or anyone in her office. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I would give her five stars for surgery and 1 star for follow up so met in the middle and gave her three stars. I had my surgery oct 2020 and still haven’t heard from her

He wouldn't see me because I was five minutes late. I'd already paid for the visit.

Dr. Khanna and her office are completely appalling. Having told the intake nurse I was experiencing pain, they told me that the doctor was running an hour late and wouldn’t see me anyway. Even worse, they lost my medical records, I have no idea who saw/has them. The doctor did nothing to shorten my wait and the staff couldn’t care less that my right to privacy for my medical records was violated.

If every doctor would be like Dr Khanna, peoples longevity would increase to a 100 years old. I was recommended 3 doctors and chose her by chance. Well it was my lucky day. From the moment you meet her, you can trust her immediately. I wish she had more specialties, so I can go and see her with every health issue I have!

Dr. Khan took the time to explain my son's diagnosis to him and I, and to answer my questions -- including me wanting to know which viruses caused his disease. He explained the test and the results very clearly. He was personable. Very impressed with him. We felt valued as people.

Dr. Khanna is an outstanding gastroenterologist her knowledge of gastroenterology and internal medicine are astounding. She is kind, caring and compassionate. She listens to all of what you have to discuss. Dr. Khanna is the very best physician you will ever meet.

My son saw him yesterday and in the middle of the visit he basically shook my son s hand. And walked out of the room. My son was in the middle of explaining to him how he felt..

Dr. Pochapin is kind, thorough, friendly and a terrific doctor!
