Review of Dr. Kozuch

-Brooklyn |

Terrible. As I was in the infusion room he wrote on my chart that I have a rectal cancer which was not my disease but the disease of the patient next to me. He made a mistake which I am still trying to have erased and violated the privacy of the person seating next to me. Some people should not be doctors. He also arrived and surrounded me with a group of young doctors. He was not my doctor who is hematologist but he gave the order to take two aspirins instead of one. After him I decided to leave this hospital for good.

Review of Dr. Kozuch

Dr. Kozuch was my aunt’s oncologist when she was diagnosed with stage 4 co-rectal cancer at 80 years old. His treatment kept her alive for 3 years, which was incredible considering the advanced stage of her cancer. He is smart, honest and dedicated. Do not hesitate to call him to discuss your situation.

Review of Dr. Malamud

-Brooklyn, NY |

When I went to Dr. Malamud in late June 2018, the metastatic breast cancer I'd been fighting for 7 years had blown up. I was, in fact, dying. During the next two months, he fixated on one aspect of my disease, and neglected to treat me with anything effective against this extremely aggressive recurrence. During that time, mostly ignored by him, I grew sicker and sicker, and my tumor markers soared. I left him just in time to find another oncologist who immediately put me on a strong treatment.

Review of Dr. Malamud

-New York,NY |

Aside from his manner, which is detached, disinterested, and dispassionate, the way his office runs is disgraceful. Emergency or not, phone calls are NEVER returned. Results of blood tests aren't read ... only when I inquired, did an assistant read the report to discover a critically low number. Perhaps the doctor should reacquaint himself with the Hippocratic Oath and consider retiring.

You are truly the best oncologist! Thank you so much for all your help, for being with us during my father's battle. God bless you!

Review of Dr. Malamud

-Brooklyn, NY |

Had my first appt with Dr Malamud after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer at 39. He has a warmth and wit that provided comfort at a terrible time. I feel he is an advocate for his patient and I look forward to working with him on my care.

Review of Dr. Malamud

-New York, NY |

Dr Malamud is very nice and a fine doctor, but the experience in his office is awful. I have been to see him twice and had to wait over TWO HOURS both times. Neither time has there been any acknowledgement that my time is being wasted.

Review of Dr. Malamud

- in New York, NY |

Dr. Malamud was a backup doctor in August of 2013, my father's primary doctor was in Russia for 3 weeks. Dr. Malamud was supposed to check up on my Dad since he was right there but he never did. He did not return my Mother's calls so the likelihood of my family recommending the Doctor is zero. When a family member has cancer, you expect someone to return your call, shocking!

Review of Dr. Shapira

- in New York, NY |

My father was a patient of Dr. Shapira. Dr. Shapira had ordered an MRI for my Dad ,he never followed up &the incompetent people at the hospital where he had the MRI never bothered either. A month later when my Dad went to Dr. Shapira, we could not believe he did not receive the results or look for the results, we lost precious time. Dr. Shapira then went on vacation for 3 weeks and barely looked in on my Dad when he returned. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this doctor. to anyone.
