NYU Langone Ambulatory Care - East Meadow

My wife, Dinah, has been having a problem with her left arm. Itching and at times severe pain. Seemingly a neurological problem. She was referred to Dr. Cavalier by our primary. Dr. Cavalier had her undergo some tests and reviewed some previous ones trying to get to the root of her problem. She saw him twice and both times he spent a great length of time asking a lot of questions and explaining what he was doing and what his conclusions were. He explained it in English, not Med speak. He is young, smart and really cares. Now my wife wants to adopt him. We highly recommend him.

Dr. Bernardo did not take time to actually listen to what I was saying. I felt rushed the entire appointment. Lacked curiosity on my case.

Dr Han has a very good manner about her. She is smart and seems to truly care. I’m very happy to have found her. Office is nice, desk reception also nice. Didn’t wait long.

Dr. Gottesman is not only an expert in his field of medicine, he is exceptionally kind. Every time I visit Dr. Gottesman, he always takes the necessary time to review, cross reference, and update my medical records, and, in addition, listens to any concerns that I have. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Gottesman and, once I leave, I feel confident about our plan for next steps to improve my health. I am very grateful to have Dr. Gottesman as my specialist and I highly recommend him. I literally trust him with my life! Seriously.

Dr. Thadathil is very knowledgeable and thorough. She’s also very kind and easy to speak with. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care.

Dr.Wilson is a overall amazing doctor im so glad i was lucky to have him as my surgeon I had a fractured distal raduis that was a month old and already healed, which made for a more difficult outcome but dr.wilson assured me if i followed his guidance i would be perfect.. surgery turned out amazing and 6 months later im blessed that i am able to have full functionality in my wrist movements and strenght when before the surgery i was only limited to 10% of movement Cannot thank Dr.wilson and his staff enough for what they have given back to me

Explained surgery fully. 100%on point. I recommend this Doctor. Surgery went as explained. No issues. Recovery is slow which he said it would be.

Very good in the past. But very hard to get call back from his office. Need an appointment & no one returns the call On hold for a very long time,,,,,,,,, & no one picks up. Called for 3 days. Still no call back. Very confused. Office I believed to be proficient when I was last there. Irene Crea

excellent. i was impressed with Dr Wilson's desire to educate the patient. he explained using medical terms as well as laymen's terms the issue that i was experiencing and gave me options as to how it could be resolved.

Highly recommend Dr Wilson. He and his associate Ilyse treated multiple Trigger Fingers both hands and a Dupuytren’s Contracture. Results perfect. No lingering issues. Very accommodating.

I was diagnosed in 1990. I’ve seen a lot of neurologists and MS specialists. I’ve been with Dr.Gottesman for six years. He’s fantastic. The best doctor I’ve had.

Dr. Wilson was excellent! I had severe finger pain and he correctly diagnosed the pain as a glomus tumor. He was attentive and listened to my complaints. The surgery was also successful and pain that I had for over 2 years is now gone. He was careful in his incisions and my nail that was completely gone after the surgery has now fully grown back. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilson to anyone with orthopedic issues and am truly thankful that he was assigned to handle my issue.

I had been having pain in my right knee for years. When I could not walk an aisle in a supermarket without excruciating pain and numbness in my foot, I knew it was time to seek help. After several attempts of treatment an x-ray revealed surgery was the only answer! The minute I met Dr. Capozzi I felt extremely comfortable. He looks you directly in the eye to talk to you. He explains everything from why you are in pain and why the surgery is needed. His bedside manner is warm and professional. Of course, just as most patients, I should have had the replacement done a long time ago. Dr. Capozzi’s team follows you after your surgery and you can reach them anytime. I have complete confidence in Dr. Capozzi to keep me enjoying my grandchildren and dancing!!

Dr. Capozzi and his staff were exceptional. He fully explained my hip replacment procedure and showed a genuine concern for me throughout the entire process, including my recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Capozzi!!

Had a consult with Dr Brenner for chronic worsening back pain. Visit was on time , I found him to truly be concerned to help me . He asked many questions and did not rush my answers . He encouraged my questions and very fully explained treatment options and involved me in the decision making process . Very happy with everything so far . Also the office staff was very professional and helpful

Dr Brenner was thorough and takes the time to explain MRI and x-ray in detail. I usually go to Hospital for Special Surgery and was amazed at the treatment Dr Brenner gives. I would definitely recommend Dr Brenner, he was a top notch physician.

Since the first day I started as a patient of Dr Malcolm Gottesman the Doctor has been very caring and helpful. He and his Staff have attended diligently to my M.S. concerns, and his attentiveness prevented a couple of M.S. relapses from progressing further. The Doctor has kept on top of my situation, suggesting remedies that, at first, I may have found hard to accept, but were DEFINATELY in my best interest. His advise has always proven very valuable. Even as my M.S. unexpectedly progresses (it is the nature of the beast), he knows the necessary avenues I must take for my sake, and the sake of my family. To say the least, his knowledge and compassion is tempered with great wisdom, and I will always be grateful for those qualities. His Office Staff has also stood on top of my supply of medicines to ensure that I do not run out, thus preventing a catastrophic situation. I am lucky to have found this Doctor, and God willing will be able to remain in his care for years to come.
