Dental Arts of Brooklyn

Absolute worst dentist I've ever had. I confirmed my appointment to obtain retainers for invisalign 3 weeks ago. Was given a call to confirm we're doing temporary ones that we previously confirmed & states she'll confirm with the office that it'll arrive on time. I call the office to inform them I'm running a little late for my appointment, to then be told my appointment was rescheduled by Dr. Krol to the following week and that my retainers were not ready because she JUST released the case after 3 weeks when we had already confirmed the type of retainers I would be getting. She apparently told her office staff that I was still thinking about it my options when I had already confirmed TWICE. I don't understand what the misunderstanding was. What was only suppose to take 2 weeks turned into 2.5 month process. This is NOT the first time I've had a bad experience with her. She can't effectively communicate with her patients and has made seeing her a complete inconvenience.

It was a good atmosphere professional and comfortable

I had a substantial amount of work to be done. Dr. Slobodski is an excellent dentist, during my visits I've had no pain and was made very comfortable. He has an exceptional personality and kept me entertained and even laughing throughout my treatments. I have already recommended his office to all of my colleagues.

My whole family have been patients for close to 20 years. Dr. Slobodski is a wonderful dentist. I highly recommend him.
