Internal Medicine
The nurse took my blood pressure and temperature, weight, and asked me how tall I am without measuring. The "doctor" didn't do anything except ask me what I wanted and relayed the information about the prescriptions I asked for to the nurse. The entire visit was probably 3 to 5 minutes. He conducted no examination, didn't half listen to me, and even screwed up my prescriptions so that I had to make 2 trips to the pharmacy. He said "I'm not going to do any blood work or any other tests" and out the door, he went. They told me before I went there that the office visit would cost $120, then charged my card $142.76. Then, to add insult to injury they sent me a bill for $475.88 which I am certainly not going to pay. By the way, his schooling was in the Philippines. The cost for an office visit in the Philippine runs between $5 and $10 US, and you will get more attention than I got here.
