I recommend no one to that office Dr Hou or Julie chen NP. I have been there "several " xs with my Dad . As he complained of, back pain ,weight loss among many other symptoms.. Who was sent for an upper GI results nothing wrong Acid Reflux , so they take out Rx book n write one. Go back again complaing how severe the first complaints were at no further testing offered, we will get you a referral .. E R here we come Dx w/ liver n pancreatic cancer then passes shortly after.Need i say more.

Dr Bruce did not follow-up after she told me I had cancer. She could have referred me to on oncologist and a surgeon but didn't make any contact at all. Very disturbing.

So many people will take the time to complain but few will do the same when someone is deserving of praise. My husband, Bernard and I feel safe in the fact that we am getting the best care when we visit Dr Hou's office. The entire front desk staff are pleasant and courteous and efficient. Checking in and out is so simple and nice. It's wonderful to always be welcomed with a smile. Alissa is wonderful. She is an upbeat, friendly, competent staff member. She has no empathy towards her patients awful bedside manner. Refuses to give medications when needed. Had to go to another doctor who who has empathy and excellent bed side matter. She is very Toxic.

Dr. Bruce is the best primary doctor I've ever had (I'm 63). She never rushes through my exam, always asks me questions to make sure I'm not having issues that I don't mention. Highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Dr. Hou for a long time & I really like him. He takes his time, and you never feel rushed. Don't expect to be seen for at least 2 weeks if you happen to get sick. They tell you to go to Urgent care. What's the point of having a Dr? They are terrible about calling back. I had to call again the next day because they never called back. And why would I want to pay a bigger co-pay for urgent care & see a Dr. I don't know. This office is only good if you're not sick. I'm serious.

The first time I came she checked me thoroughly, asked questions, and continued until she received a full picture. This surprised me as other doctors tested me to a point and that was that. She went above and beyond. I have rarely felt this secure with a doctor.

I had been a patient for two years. I have been in pain for 3+ weeks I could not get an appointment, before my scheduled appt. There was a confusion as to when My appointment was-the staff said I was 25 minutes late and they cancelled my appt. They never called to remind me of my time a business day before-i guess Health Care Partners is too big for that service.I had to go to urgent care for my pain. Very disappointed in Dr. Krstic and HCP.
