Explained what we needed to know, answered all our questions. He is a very personable surgeon with a great reputation. He has wonderful office staff that go above and beyond the normal.

Review of Dr. Bryant

I recently broke my wrist, which required surgery. Dr. Bryant was the orthopedic surgeon on call. He used compassion and care while examining me, which gave me a great deal of peace. He explained in detail the surgical intervention that needed to be done. Upon seeing me in recovery he took the time to advise me what my recovery would look like. My follow-up appts went very well and I found the staff at SCOR excellent. My wrist is healing beautifully and I expect to regain full function.

Review of Dr. Latimer III

How fortunate for Roswell to have such an outstanding orthopedic, sports-medicine doctor! According to SCOR's website (, Dr. Latimer was born and raised in Roswell and did a sports-medicine fellowship with the San Francisco 49ers. He knows sports injuries and how to repair those injuries so the athlete, whether a full-time athlete, school athlete, or weekend warrior, can get back to doing what they enjoy most. I highly recommend Dr. Latimer and his caring auxiliary staff.

Review of Dr. Bryant

I saw Dr. Bryant in early January regarding knee pain. He was very nice and patient with me as I explained my history to him. Dr Bryant recommended a few suggestions on how to ease my pain and so far all suggestions have worked. I highly recommend him to family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Bryant has a good bedside manner. He removed a cyst from my hand and knee. The hand was poorly done with inadequate skin left for stitching. Two days after surgery the stiches in leg and hand started coming loose. I was left with 2 gaping wounds. Luckily I was able to keep them both from becoming infected. It took 8 weeks for the 2 inch gash on my hand to heal completely. Dr. Bryant is smart and capable but poor decision making got in the way of him performing well on the procedures.

Highly recommend. I have a nurse friend who works with him in the operating room and says he is very competent and would see him if she needed surgery.

Review of Dr. Boss

-Carlsbad, NM |

The Doctors are absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and great at their job. But their staff is horrendous. The nurses are ok.. not that friendly. But the receptionist is absolutely awful. She does not care about the patients or even if the patient is in need of getting forms sent of to get disability she can not take 10 minutes out of her way to fax a paper off. We were very impressed with the Doctor just not his staff.

He is the go to sports medicine doctor in southeastern New Mexico. Board certified and excellent results. He replaced my ACL 12 years ago, and he has seen our athletic children for various orthopedic reasons

Review of Dr. Latimer III

I was diagnosed proximal biceps tendon rupture as part of workmen's comp claim by another orthopedic surgeon. While this was fine with the Safety Officer at the large company I work for. (as I understand this is often not repaired as you have a second tendon.) I could only lift a few ounces with my right (dominant arm). Knowing that something wasn't correct a sought out a second opinion with Dr. Latimer. who I knew was the former Orthopedic surgeon for the San Francisco 49ers football team.

I had a really bad leg fracture and other injuries from a car accident. Dr. Bryant was on call and ended up taking care of me. I had 3 surgeries and am now recovering. He did a wonderful job and explained everything. I highly recommend him.
