Dr. Mayfield has been has worked hard to relate to my son and help him overcome some of his shyness, allowing him to get more comfortable with the doctor. She is willing to answer any questions we have had and explain things and what to watch for.

UNMH's Kuttesch(K) and team (Kteam) failed our child. Kteam intentionally gave false info. K doesn't want to provide info to patient's family. K will ask the family's opinion of child's status, then agree and try to slink out of room without update. After some improvement, the child spiked a fever/rigors in the clinic. Kteam failed to recognize these as cancer symptoms. Ignoring family, Kteam performed salvo of tests then Kteam desperately medevaced child to competent out of state Children's H..

My experience at UNMH General and Special Pediatric Unit was horrible. Mayfield was prepared to inject chlofarabine, a highly toxic chemical compound, into the toddlers heart and when asked how this chemo interacts with the cancerous cells, her response was, Somebody Google that! The child developed a fever so UNMH began running a barrage of tests for bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites and eggs, The child's cancer was returning while UNMH failed to treat the illness. DO NOT TRUST UNMH!
