I had to pay $233.23 for a check up that was supposed to count as my free, once a year, wellness checkup. I had a fever around the last week of Feb2020 & set up a time to come in. There was no one in the waiting room, yet I still had to wait forever to be seen. The doctor checked me out (took 10mins max) & prescribed me antibiotics. On the way out, the lady at the front desk confirmed this is my "once a year" free check up covered by my insurance & I don't have to pay anything. 6 months later I get a bill in the mail. I call the office & spoke to Teresa. She let me know that they could refile the claim as a wellness checkup if my insurance company allows it. My insurance company said the office just has to refile the claim. She tells me they will refile it as a wellness checkup & I will be all set. Last week, I get a notice in the mail from collections from this office. I gave up & paid the total amount so I can try to fix whatever damage was done to my credit score right away.

Dr Jonathan Dominguez is a very caring doctor who takes his time to listen and treat your medical problems. His office staff is very well trained and they make you feel extremely comfortable. The office I unusually visit is located in North Bergen. This office is such a super clean and well designed that you don't feel that you are in a Dr office which gives you a more relaxing feeling being there. Last but not least Dr Dominguez has the best bedside manners whenever dealing with you. Keep up the great work Doctor you are giving to the community. Blessings always!

for my first time coming to this office i was highly disappointed with the service that was given to me. i had an appointment at 11, but the doors didnt open till 11:55. than as one of the workers finally arrived to open the doors her attitude was very unprofessional gave me a very nasty mode. she than went ahead to say that the office was closed, and that all appointments were cancelled. she also stated to me that they called us informing me of the office being closed and that my appointment was cancelled. but i was never informed of either thing. but the sign on the office says its open on mondays from 11am till 3pm. the worker than went ahead and closed the door and left me outside and it was not a good experience at all. never again will i come to this office or tell other people to come. if this is how a possible patient is treated than thia office will not last long.

I went for a routine physical and was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Dominguez. Very professional and thorough. His staff were polite and exceptional. Did not have to wait long. He will be my primary physician moving forward.

Recently, I gave birth to a baby boy at HUMC. Although my son was healthy, I, on the other hand, had complications so I had to stay at the hospital for a total of six days. Dr. Dominguez truly was the only doctor I was excited to see because he was very compassionate and really listened to me, whereas, the other doctors were a little more robotic and hasty in their ways. I'm very thankful for him and hopefully I'll be able to make an appt. to see him soon!
