Dr Willard can be very impatient. She becomes easily frustrated when asked questions. She doesn't like explaining anything. I have had several appointments with her and each time it's the same. I've made excuses for her behaving this way, thinking perhaps she's having a bad day, but I'm at the point now that I dread having to see her... That's not how I should feel when seeing my doctor. I think it's time to look for a new physician. The other staff at the Haddon Heights office are great.
2 TIMES THIS HAPPEND VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE WITH HER WILL TRY TO AVOID HER SHE NEVER LISEN TO PATIENT OTHER STAFF AND DOCTOR THERE SO NICE AND HELPFULL. AND THE WORSE IS SHE WAS SO MEAN.
He is not my regular GP, but I had to see someone and he was in my network. I'm glad for that. He is the perfect doctor for people who are skittish of going to the doctor. He was soft spoken and kind. He explained everything and answered my questions, without making me feel stupid for asking. I didn't feel rushed, either. He even reminded me of a test I needed and gave me a prescription to get it done. If I lived closer, I would not hesitate in making him our family doctor.
VERY easy to talk to. Very helpful and concerned for my well being as well as my life and future health.
She's the best! I have seen many doctors over the years and very few are as good. She is kind , knowledgeable, takes the time to make sure you understand the details. I always leave her office feeling better!
Saw "Dr" Willard for an acute low back strain. She confirmed the diagnosis. Told me to take warm baths, anti-inflamatories and steroids. Went in on a Tuesday, could not stand up straight. Told her I need to get through the next 3 days of work. Asked for 3 days with of vicodin or something similar. Her response was "I am not comfortable writing for those drugs." Then went on to try and tell me they don't help back pain. (read the PDR!) 66 yrs old something is not right.
Dr. Paul's receptionist isn't the best, but HIS skill as a doctor MORE than makes up for it. Cooper places the office staff into their offices, not the Drs.. Cooper floats office staff around to several different offices, so you could choose a different Dr. and still run into the same "incompetent" staff. Rely on the doctor, not the staff. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Paul over 40 yrs. and he has LITERALLY saved my life (burst appendix). He REALLY cares about his patients!!
If you're looking for a family practice and may be inclined to consider Dr. Louis especially since she's one of only a small number of female doctors in Burlington County, I urge you to BEWARE. This is the WORST practice I have ever dealt with in my decades of adulthood. I had an urgent need to have my routine prescriptions filled and 4 days later after multiple URGENT phone calls to her, I've had no response. Also very difficult to get a sick appt for same or next day. What a DISGRACE!

Dr. Robertson is an excellent healthcare provider! My parent's lost their primary care provider and thankfully I was able to have them seen by Dr. Robertson. He is kind, gentle and really takes the time with his patients. I like that he sets healthcare goals with his patients!
Shes an amazing doctor!
Dr. Horvath-Matthews was my mother's physician until she recently moved out of state. She continued to check on my mother to make sure she was able to be seen by a physician in the state she now lives in. We had so much trouble trying to get a physician to see her since she was a new patient. She was very concerned about her serous health issues and advised me that if I couldn't get an appointment right away to bring her back to her office. I really appreciate Dr. Horvath-Matthews' concern
I was very disappointed to find out that the office takes 7 to 10 day working days to fill out a form. Never heard of such a thing! Office does not seem to have the staff or the leadership to get things done in a timely manner.
I love Dr. Paul. He's a people person who shoots straight and cares about his patients. My wife have been with him for almost 20 years. Sadly we are seeking a new doctor. Cooper Health has ruined his office. The staff is incompetent, impersonal, doesn't know his patients and doesn't care about them. They have botched nearly everything they have touched since they came to his office. I love Dr. Paul but for my own health I must seek another office.
Nothing to complain about with this guy. If your going in for routine checkups, vaccinations, or general medical questions he pretty much knows all the standard procedure. He's not the most talkative guy around, but as long as you go into his office with a general idea of what your problem is he can point you in the right direction. He was chill.

She is a very caring Doctor, Takes the time to listen, and treat your concerns accordingly. I would recommend Dr Nordone but only Dr Nordone. Not to thrilled with the other doctor. I am currently trying to find another doctor in the area and if I can't see her and sometimes it is an emergency when I get so sick. I have gone to so philly to my friends doctor who doesn't know me from Adam but sees me the same day. so looking for a dr now as I just don't feel comfortable coming back.
Despite the doctor advertising that he accepts new patients one must meet one of the following criteria: 1) A dependent of someone who works at Cooper 2) A veteran 3) Referred by another Cooper physician This isn't a country club, this is healthcare. My insurance qualifies but due to these strange criteria I can't get an appointment. Frustrated with both Dr. John F. Robertson Jr. false advertising and Amerihealth for allowing this to happen.
