While Dr Chang definitely has the credentials, my husband and I never really found out if he was good or not. First of all, good luck getting an appointment. No one in the office answers the phone. There's either a voice mail or answering service. And no one returns calls. We have excellent insurance and pay a copay for a specialist. My husband was charged an extra $200 for a urine sample not covered by the urology office fee, that someone walked over to the next building?? He was sent to another office for an ultrasound. He dropped off two samples to Quest Diagnostic himself. Nothing done in this office is in house. And forget trying to get results of all the lab tests. After numerous calls and messages my husband had to settle for two phone appointments. We are so frustrated we are changing doctors. And no answers.

I'm shocked by the negative reviews - especially since I have considered my experiences with Dr. Chang to be a G*dsend. He listens, he advises and he recommends. My various issues have all been resolved to my absolute satisfaction. And on a personal basis, he is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. His staff at Woodland Park (no longer there) were AMAZING ... especially during times that things were rough for me. They answered each and every call courteously and with concern ...even when I had to call them 4-5 times with questions/concerns. I hope the new staff is as effective. I've had medical nightmares but this guy is one of the few exceptions. I recommend Dr. Chang to anyone with the highest confidence.

waste of time. He sent me to get an ultrasound which i did, i called in to find out about the results and the receptionist told me that the results came back negative, so I asked the receptionist what would the next step be because I'm still having pain, she puts me on hold and came back to the phone to tell me that the doctor is going to look into the results and that he doubts that i would need a surgery. It sounds like he never even looked into the results, no clear answers at all.

they were suppose to set up appointment for ultra sound, never did, called them twice second time gave me the number to set up appointment, dr is great but the staff that holds the key to kingdom are not, really not worth stress to see doctor to deal with staff.
