Please do not visit this location, I called today and was told I can come in by the office manger @12:30. Upon my arrival I called to confirm the address and was told I could no longer come because the appointment was no longer available. The office manger has to be the most rudest person I've ever spoke to and for this reason as a new patient l would not recommend this location. She also told me that if I don't like it to go somewhere else, it's sad that I was not able to see the doctor but at this point I'm concerned if this behavior is acceptable the doctor will have no new appointments or Patient's if they continue to allow this woman to be the office manger. Sometimes it's not the doctor but the staff that drive people away! You are the company you keep!

Dr. Singh is a good doctor. She listens and has great knowledge within her in field. The problem is her staff, and her management o these individuals. They are soooo unprofessional, rude and at time actually nasty. I feel bad for the doctor because she is losing myself and 2 friends which I recommended who also agree the staff and overall unprofessional environment is not worth it. I feel the doctor is over worked and doesn't understand the value in patient retention. Too bad I have to find a new doctor now.

Pathetic experience .. It’s the first time I came here after hearing many good reviews abt the doctor. I must say I am highly disappointed.. my appointment was at 2:00PM and they didn’t bother to give me the paper work to fill until 2:45.. that too when I asked them about it. I didn’t meet the doctor yet..So I won’t write anything about my experience with her.. but doc you should really change the service and make sure you respect people’s time. What’s the point of making an appointment?? ????

Most pathetic experience I ever had. I myself being from health care didn't expect doctors can be so unprofessional. When I called at front desk to inform that I am running 10min late, they put me on hold saying she needs to ask the doctor if I can still come. I was on hold until I reached at doctors office and then she says doctor cannot see me as I am 10 min late .When I asked her why she didn't inform before I reached , she told she didn't get any answer from doctor so she kept me on hold.

Dr Singh is knowledgable communication is horrible between her and her staff. Know one seems to be uon the same page. Was not happy that I would have to call the office for a simple question 3 times . I still haven't gotten an answer it's going on three weeks. Still no answer

I have been going to Dr. Singh for many years and I must say she has provided great quality care. Her service is consistent and she listens to my concerns. The receptionist, Vivian is great also, very pleasant and down to earth. I am always able to get the help I need and questions answered from Vivian when the doctor is unavailable. Dr. Singh has had my mother as a patient as well. She truly is a family Doctor.

It's a shame that people are giving low ratings because of one office staff. If you actually compare the experience with other practices, the amount of care and attention you receive from Dr. Singh is unparalleled. Despite her experience and years of practice, she continues to have compassion and care for her patients. You can trust that Dr. Singh has your back. Very important qualities that many in the profession lack! Highly recommended.

Have been a long time patient of Dr Singh, is knowledgeable and caring However the person managing her appointments etc are very rude and unwilling to work with patients are cold and uncaring. As a result very difficult to get an appt that works, have avoided seeing the doctor numerous times. Reception very unprofessional and difficult to work with. Called having hurt my back and in severe pain- on hold for 20 mins, brushed aside, told appointment after 3 days and if I can't wait go elsewhere

I would never ever recommend this doctor to anybody , I personally had to find another primary doctor for my parents, they never call back when they supposed to , they lady at the front desk is very unprofessional, they never wanna go the extra mile to help a patient, i had to call my insurance to contact the doctors office to explain them how to do their job including the doctor it self .. Very unprofessional and i really hope the doctor gets to read this and do something about it

Wait time is too long but today had a horrible experience.Receptionist is a liar,lubber &has no humanity.We'v been calling for an appointment because my wife got food poisoning while we were away. UrgentCare doc asked to visit our primary physician if doesn't get better in 24h. While receptionist knew this, she asked us to call AFTER 12:30. i'v bn calling since 12:30 n answering service now says offc is closed. she plays with ppls health n time. i hope doc reads this and take an action.
