My experience with Dr. Klein was well worth the time. He is very knowledgeable and easy going. Surgery was the last step that he considered. He had enough test done to help him make his decision. He encouraged me to seek other opinions. Only after all other avenues were looked at did he begin taking about surgery, and he explained his reasoning very clearly. He truly cares about every person he comes across and uses surgery only as a last and final way to solve your problem.

Dr. Richard Klein’s professionalism, knowledge and precise approach to the care that he provided was greatly appreciated. I knew every step of the way what to expect before, during and after treatment. His expertise has given me back my life again. Additionally, whether you enter the office or call with a question, his staff is lovely, accommodating and supportive. Having the utmost respect for Dr. Klein in terms of his clinical knowledge, ability to effectively communicate with patients, and ultimately the outstanding outcome that I experienced under his care. I would recommend him without reservation.

First time patient, and was very pleased with the staff. From the girls up front, to the x-ray technician. They were all very friendly and attentive. And as for doctor Levine he reminds me of my childhood doctor, and I'm 61. He is down to earth and he's got a great sense of humor. But serious when it came to my diagnosis and treatment. I definitely recommend him... you won't be sorry.

Office staff was rude. They double and triple book appointments so you sit in the waiting room for at least 2 hours. Finally, Dr. K. Klein came in, told me there was nothing wrong with my shoulder but he was going to give me a shot of cortisone anyway. When I paused for a moment, he said "hello, did you hear me?" Really? Does he think that just because he is wearing the white coat that he is better than me? That he could talk to me that way? I wouldn't see him if he was the last doctor on earth.

Very pleased with the doctor. I broke my wrist in September 2014 and went to Dr. Levine for my treatment. I had a full anesthesia surgery on my wrist and have recovered fully now. Dr. Levine explained everything before the surgery and took good care of me. He is a wonderful person and a gem. Still today we remember him in our prayers for being so kind and efficient.

Not a good experience with this Dr. I felt my concern are not being heard/addressed. Was assured by Dr. K Kline that my severe reaction from 1st cortizone shot by another Dr. was highly unlikely. Had same bad reaction to shot given by Dr K Kline. Felt Dr did not care about my well being and gave me the shot anyway. Three weeks of physical therapy he asked me if i had a cortizone shot(this info is in my records) Its all about the money here, I dont recommend this facility or Dr K Kline

Dr.Klein has no communication with patients. Dr.Klein only thinks about money and not about the patients. He is a terrible position for the job.

I changed Doctors because because I was having the same issues over and over with my previous Doctor. Dr Levine was excellent. He explained my issues I have and he was more thorough. I have a lot of confidence in him. Also he took x rays right there without a lot of hassle. The issue I came there to address. So far so good.
