Dr. PRUZON is and Amazing Eye Doctor. She takes her time with her patients. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Pruzon is obviously well-trained is a very thorough practitioner. But I have an issue with how business is conducted there. It was recommended that I get minor eye surgery during my checkup and waited about an hour for the front office to get approval from my insurer. I was told it was approved but, sure enough, I got hit with a $500 bill weeks after. The umbrella company, PRISM, now refuses to return my calls about the billing.

Dr. Pruzon did both my cataracts back in 2019. I have nothing but good things to say about her services. She is polite, informative and direct to the point. Not to mention, she went above and beyond the call of duty for me when I scratched my cornea after cataract surgery. She wasn't happy about it, but she handled it like a trouper. I also like her sense of humor. I would keep her as my eye doctor, but she moved to Bloomfield and I live in Princeton. Other than having to drive that long distance, she would still by my eye doctor. By way she did my husband's cataract surgery also. Easy breezy! I love her. Might I add she also corrected my eyeglass prescription written by another doctor. I just love her knack for detail. Thank you Dr. Pruzon! I miss.

All of my experiences with Dr. Pruzon have been amazing from removal of cyst on my lower eyelid to general checkups and an Rx for glasses. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and spend a ton of time explaining everything. Could not recommend her highly enough.

EXTREMELY detailed. EXTREMELY attentive. CARING. EXTREMELY responsive. She did my two cataract surgeries & I could not be more pleased or impressed. I emphatically do not understand some of the reviews I have read stating otherwise. I can only think there is more involved on the part of the person trying to interface with her.

Terrible what she did to my mother. My mom was a patient of the former doctor who retired. He was awesome. This woman took over and my mom will never go back. We called because my mother had a terrible cyst in her eye she could not see and it was very painful. She just wanted to be fit in sometime before March. Of course she can't wait for March to get the proper medication. Doctor told one of her staff members to tell my 74 year old mother to take a picture of her eye and email it to her. This is the way a doctor works? The staff is very nice and very patient I have to say that. But that is the most insane thing I have ever heard. You can't diagnose somebody by a picture. What if she worsened the situation? That's not the worst thing! She said she would call my mother back, at least she told one of her staff members to tell us the and it has been over 3 hours with no phone call. Very unprofessional. We found another doctor who will take her tomorrow thank God.

I have been a patient of Dr Pruzon for years. I am a devoted patient as she has been extremely attentive and candid and I value her expertise and attention to detail. I have the utmost trust in her.

Horrible bedside manner. She was shockingly unkind and unprofessional during my visit. She didn't wash her hands or put on gloves before trying to examine my eyes. And she was critical and scolding when I expressed hesitation and discomfort about a procedure. She was just awful. Would never recommend or go back.

Dr. Pruzon is an eye doctor and surgeon. She has a pleasant manner and is thorough with her exams She performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. The healing time was fast. She is careful and caring. I would recommend her.

The doctor was able to diagnose, treat, and remove a chalazion (a cyst in the eyelid) successfully. Everything healed successfully and there hasn't been a recurrence of the condition since.
